They made minor changes and added a part that was defective but overall they did a fantastic job. I strongly recommend the maintenance program with them.By Cathy Hedges (a month ago)I will try to make this brief. Scheduled them to come to my home for heating system issue. Appointment was set for after 5 pm because I was not home. I was told the would call 30 to 45 minutes before they arrived. At approx. 1:30 the day of the appointment I received a call that the tech who was at my front door. 3 1/2 hours early and w/o any “on the way call.” Because I had no heat, I reached out to a neighbor who let the tech into my home. Tech later contacted me with the needed repairs. Told me my drain pain was full of water and the pan had to be replaced plus he had to clear the drain line. I questioned why replace the pain because once drain line cleared the water would drain. He said he could clear the line and if I did not want a new pan I would have to get all the water out myself. Since I wasn’t in a place to engage in further discussions plus having no heat, I told him just to do it. He quoted a price of $399.00 to clear drain and replace pan. He also stated I would need a sensor but the part would need to be ordered. When I got home, I checked my unit. Found the pan was not replaced and the invoice indicated $205.00 for misc. labor. No further explanation. I called the office to have charged explained. The person I spoke to said the person I needed to speak to wasn’t available. The next day after no response, I again called and spoke with the service manager. He stated he wasn’t sure what the $205 labor charge was for so he would have to ask the tech. The next call I received was from the scheduling department saying the ordered part was in and they wanted to schedule an appointment. I said I would not schedule until the invoice was explained to me. Following this conversation, I received an email from the service manager stating the $205 was labor to drain the pan however he felt it was excessive and would apply the money to the part. I said ok and called to schedule an appointment. The scheduling person I spoke with stated I already had an appointment and they would be at my home on Dec 6. I sarcastically said that was great since I would be in NJ that day. So, I rescheduled my appointment at a time that I would be home and requested a different tech since I had no confidence in the original one.By Thomas Nuse (5 months ago)

At no time did he make it seem like it was a bother to be at work after 5 PM. He was very professional, demonstrated good problem-solving skills and when the problem was worse than expected he had a plan in place to continue the next day. Called the company on Sat in the am, by noon Christopher Cain was at our door. The company made a appointment for Saturday morning to install a new hvac unit to fit OUR schedule. Razak Asoma was our tech , he showed up on time was very proficient, him and his partner were really hard workers , they did not dilly dally . The techs removed our old units , broke them down and installed new units outside and in the attic, installed the new vent in the ceiling, put in the new thermostat. The techs explained how to work the new thermostat and answered all questions my husband had . Around 3:30 we had cold air blowing!!! I am so thankful for them!! I would highly recommend the company ,
I am always pleased with all my interactions with the ARS team…from the time you schedule service through to the completion of that service, everyone is lovely and very professional. The reminder calls and texts are much appreciated and very timely. Today Tyler recommended we install surge protectors to our year old system…I was thrilled he could do it right away! I thank everyone for their attention to detail and how they treat our home…can’t say enough!
So what a great day yesterday was (12/4/22). We were asked at Home Depot if we would like a free estimate to replace our 12+ year old heating/ac unit. Of course. This wonderful gentleman named MO, came to our home and to make a long story short. We are getting a new unit installed today. Mo was amazing he did all he could to get us the best deal. Technician Wayne Junior is very professional as a doctor, diagnosed all my challenges issues and provided solutions to fix. I scheduled late instantly and He drove to my unit after working business hours to help us! I will ask him and book him to do all my works for future issues and I highly recommend him to everyone!

The guys came to our home the day after being contacted the evening before. My husband and I were & are so very impressed with this company and their crew.
