  3. Gene Morris performed a miracle for us and was able to retrieve my grandmother’s watch from the pipes under our house after my 5-year old flushed it down the toilet. He scoped the pipes from the sewer clean out and found it about 20 feet in. After diligently fishing for the watch, he was able to retrieve it. My grandmother passed away and it is one of the few items with which I have to remember her and my grandfather. Thanks, Gene!

  4. We couldn’t be happier with the service that we received from BF Plumping and were especially impressed by Cory Greenwood. We had very old (and rusted out) galvanized steel pipes and Cory took the extra time to explaining pipes, plumbing and the whole situation to us. Cory was super knowledgeable, patient, professional and friendly. Can’t say enough good about him – he’s our plumber from now on!

  5. Benjamin Franklin is where you should call.
    I’ve had some swell odor issues and some other stopping issues in my house.
    Setting up an appointment was very easy. Joseph came over and he was very polite and ran some tests but unfortunately we couldn’t determine what it was so he offered me a service by his supervisor.

    Next week, Mr. Cory Greenwood came over and wow!! He is the man!! He was very very knowledgeable, honest, alerted and cautious with what he was doing. I was very impressed. He would only tell you what needs to be fixed, he won’t try to sell you things that you don’t need just because you have no clue when it comes to plumbing.
    There are many plumbers that think they’re plumber but this guy here is a real plumber with a heart. He would explain everything to you. He would stick around and clear all your doubts.
    Benjamin Franklin got another customer for life now.

    When I called to request service, the person on the phone was informative and easy to talk to. I called at 7:30 am and received a 11-2 service window the same day. Nathan arrived before noon and quickly assessed the situation. He explained things clearly and replaced our hot water heater within a few hours. He and the apprentice plumber with him were very nice and professional. We were very happy with the speed and quality of the work.

    Christian was very prompt and thorough with his service. Any time we have electrical repair needs we contact Milestone Electric. We have found all their technicians who have provided service to us very knowledgeable and professional. They are very thorough in the explanation of the issues presented and solutions. Most recently our breaker kept flipping and they were out in a timely manner and efficient in their repair and suggestions for improvement.

    I had Christian come out today to unclog a bathroom sink. The scheduling process was easy (it all happen over text). Christian arrived on time and fixed the clog in no time. He also helped tighten a loose kitchen faucet that proved to be more complicated than what he expected and did it at no charge! He was so professional and just a nice person. When I saw all the great reviews for Milestone I was skeptical if they were legit…I can tell you from my experience they are real reviews. This company and its employees really care about customer service. I will definitely be using them in the future!

    I had a great experience with technician Chris Rivera! He came in with treats for my dogs which immediately settled them down. He thoroughly explained the maintenance program and answered all my questions clearly and concisely! I had a new disposal installed and my tankless water heater flushed! He did both efficiently, left no mess and tested everything before leaving! I would highly recommend Chris and the Milestone company!

    We ended up having to replace both of our air conditioners! they was great, he took the time to explain each of the products to us, informed us which would be the best for our circumstances and helped with the financing! The new air conditioners were installed the next day, the team arrived on time, they were friendly and professional, answered any and all questions we had and did a great job of cleaning up before they left!     Our young family ran into quite an unfortunate situation on a late Friday afternoon, when our air conditioner went out on a 105-degree Texas summer day. After 10 calls to other service companies, I finally got connected to GO and am very glad that I did. Andy V was at our house within 30 minutes, solved our problem within 20 minutes, and did so with a positive attitude and smile on his face. Price was fair and service was excellent. I highly recommend.

    They showed up ahead of time, from an appointment I booked online. Process is super simple to get them out quickly. Once here they were extremely professional and curtious, doing little things like putting on sneaker covers, to closing doors gently. They know what they’re doing, and fixed all of my problems while pointing out a issue that should be addressed in the future. I highly recommend this business, I will keep using them as long as I need plumbing help.

    A big 5 star rating for the TEAM @ GO !!!!! From the start to the finish, communications and the projects they did for us just went fantastic !!!!! The phone conversations with GO were very friendly, courteous and professional !!!!! John came to our home and we made the thorough inspections of the units and why they needed replacing. John gave us an overview of the company and explained the products, services and benefits that GO will provide. John was very courteous and professional !!!!! GO got the ball rolling the next day !!!!! The installation guys, Jorge and Lorenzo got busy upon arrival !!!!! They provided the drops and used shoe coverings. Clean and Neat !!!!! When the installs were completed, the guys explained what was done with a very informative walk through !!!!! Jorge and Lorenzo were very courteous and professional !!!!! We highly recommend GO !!!!!
