Joe got right to work with the auger and worked up a sweat. He was able to punch a hole through the roots and drain all the water that had accumulated in our backyard. Joe did a great job. I had used Roto Rooter before when this happened and Ezekiel Rodriguez cleared it. A had another company come before him and they said it was the roots in the middle of my pavers and the pavers had to be removed for a cost of $5,000. The same thing happened again after quite a while and I specially asked for Ezequil Rodriguez to come fix it which he did. He is so good and professional. It is a problem with putting toilet paper down the drain and a sharp curve with my pipes. James was amazing. We had a washing machine installed where there used to be a second vanity in a bathroom. First time running it backed up immediately. Turns out the 2″ drain had so much build up it was barely 1″ anymore. He performed a “de-scaling” on the pipe going out like 30 feet. He explained the issue and how it would be resolved. Now the washer drains perfectly. The place was built in the 60’s so we were worried about how old the pipes are. James was polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. I have been using Orange Coast Plumbing for over a decade and no matter who comes out, we are always happy with their work.
James Athens was our technician, and he was personable and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue of our ruptured pipe quickly and was able to complete the repairs today as well. He also was able to recommend a remediation company that can help us with the next phase of our predicament caused by the ruptured pipe. We are very happy with his service and will continue to use Orange Coast Plumbing for any future needs we have.
Excellent work. Professional and personable, we have had positive experiences with Jeff, Nate, and Henry so far. Since our house is old, there’s a good chance we’ll meet the entire team over the years to come, and it would be a pleasure. They also happen to be great at fixing the mistakes made by other plumbing businesses. Orange Coast Plumbing will always be our first call. I wish we’d found them sooner.
James and Danny recently did a great job of resolving a sewer line clog that had a lot of other people we sent stumped. All of Orange Coast Plumbing’s Technicians I have worked with have been great.
They are not a cheap plumbing company to use, but you get what you pay for. Always excellent service and great results.
Josh has been out to my house twice. His work is awesome. He is clean, courteous, and professional. His prices are reasonable and I always recommend him to anyone that has plumbing needs. I would not hire anyone expect Josh at Orange Coast Plumbing! He was even able to cut through my counter to make my new sink fit, he left my place immaculate and got rid of my old sink. The photo below shows the difference between hiring a handyman and hiring a licensed plumber like Josh.
