  1. The place is nice,cozy and spacious, have double storey dine in area. Unfortunately the washroom is not elderly friendly. Overall ok la same as other Starbucks branches. Ample parking but the problem is with poor queue management for drive thru customer blocking all the parking spaces and even the exit.

  2. Located before Juru Toll south-bound PLUS highway. Full-fledged services. Parking is available. Drive thru available as well. There’s outdoor seating as well. Staff are friendly. Good place for rest before continuing journey to KL.

  3. Drive Through (DT) available. Got stickers get 10% off w minimum spend rm25. Got lot of choices of f&b etc in surrounding area i.e tealive, kfc,mcd, burger king, krispykreme, coffebean, guardians, 7e,herbalife.

  4. I really like the vibe of this outlet. It’s so calming and inviting for you to chill and hang out despite it is located at the busy highway of Juru. The seating areas make the cafe cozy and comfy and the staff are helpful as well. Parking place is easy to get too

  5. Great job by your staff Fadhly. He was clearly attending to a ling queue of customers aline at the front desk but did a remarkable job. Less support from other staff as he was the same person taking orders, heating and packaging food and also checking the stock. Kudos to him.
    Would have been great if the other satgf were to open another counter with the long queue and should have had enough staff cover both the in dtore customers and the drive thru customers.

    I accidently drop my drinks when I walk to my table. I inform the staff to clean up the floor and apologies to them on my error and about to order another drinks. The staff inform the manager about this without my request and immediately I got my another new drinks without charges. I am surprise on this service and really worth to pay RM20 for a drinks here with the service provided

    Bad service of one of the staff. Not familiar with their own menu well and charge wrongly, not even apologizing after her colleague highlight to her. Ordered cake as well but not placing at the grab counter and just leave it at the cake counter and not notifying you at all assuming you will be aware and pick it up yourself.

    It was a nice outlet with a good vibe but the WiFi here can’t be used, either because it’s broken or the users are too much to cater. The seats here are also limited compared to the weekend crowd that would usually visit this outlet for some drinks at night.

    Nice location, a lot of parking spaces here. Easy to access to this place. Friendly staffs, cosy environment and suitable place for small meeting or chit chat sessions. Very comfortable sitting area, especially in level 1. I like to have iced green tea latte here. Definitely will come back again.

    Not many customers, the seats are quite comfortable. but the customers next to me talked too loudly, the whole level could hear them very clearly, I left there after 5 mins.

    This is what you meant by upside down caramel drizzle on Caramel Frappuccino. The staff who made this is known as Mohd Azril. He literally made it by himself. And I would definitely recommend everyone who go to Aroma’s Starbucks, Raja Uda to look for this guy and he should be promoted. He was so patience listening to our customise order. Azril giving you all the 5 stars ya.
