5 months agoMy review is based on the bakery and the Star Bucks inside this Kroger. The lady (I can’t remember her name) at the bakery was very helpful. She was sweet and easily to talk to. Kayla at the Star Bucks was great. We ordered 4 drinks and had spectacular requests for them and she was awesome at getting them all right. The drinks were delicious.4 months agoApril 30 – I went to pick up my Perscriptions. I had 4 total and they only gave me 3. Incidents happen – no problem.May 7 – I go back to pick up the additional Prescription. I arrived there at 1:15 and the pharmacy was out to lunch. Understandable, I can wait. They’re no chairs to sit but the two chairs available near the pharmacy counter. I sit down and wait until 1:30. Another couple comes up at 1:25 and told them “they’re closed for lunch until 1:30”. The pharmacist, Mitchell, comes from the back at 1:30 and told me “you’re not suppose to be back here”. I told him “I’m waiting until 1:30”. He proceeded to re open the pharmacy and then he deliberately waits on the couple that got there at 1:25. They told him “that man was here first”. He ignored them and continued to wait on them. I said “really”. He finished with them then waited on me. Disappointed with this interaction but determined to get the prescription, I held my composure. I even told him “thank you” at the end me of the transaction but did not receive “you’re welcome” in return. 1. The young man’s name was “Mitchell”. The name on the receipt was “Floating Pharmacy”.

a month agoI purchased some fried chicken for a repass, the team leader in the deli was awesome in helping to make sure that we please with our order!!!!! Great job.2 weeks agoUnchecked the box at checkout to not recieve emails on deals etc. Been two months and get daily spam. When trying to unsibscibe, Kroger forces you to sign up and make an account before being able to unsunmbscribe. Idk if it’sbBad website design or intentional, but bad business practice nonetheless.4 months agoThis store has gone down 👎. Produce section had rotten fruit and vegetables, flys all around and some sections completely empty. The meat section with the chicken and fish was spoiled and smelt horrible! I don’t that happened to this site because I use to shop there a lot and it was never like this. Buyers beware!!!!

This has always been a clean and we’ll staffed Kroger. I live 30 minutes away and still choose this place over my local Walmart and other grocery stores. The vegetables and fruit always look fantastic and that area is always clean. The employees are helpful and will stop what they’re doing in order to help you. The cashier’s are also the friendliest I’ve met at any grocery store I’ve been too. Great store all the way around but definitely wins most for good fresh foods.
It’s decent inside but the main photo I have requested removal of is misleading…this Kroger is not the updated version you expect when you arrive. I was purposely looking for the larger updated version of the store and not the old version. I uploaded the actual photo of the store for those who want to know what it really looks like on the outside.
The reason I’m giving 1 star is not because of the store itself, but when checking out it asked for an email. After selecting no to receiving ads, they’re still spamming my email, and to make matters worse when trying to unsubscribe it asks me to make an account before being able to do so. Trash
Good store, need to update their hours online, came up at 6:30 cause it said it was open, but they don’t open till 7 am. 1 star off for bad times online.
The only one in Beaumont. I live in Houston so I have amazing Kroger and great people . I recently told my parents about Kroger and so they went to get stuff. The worker there are so rude and giving snide remark . My mom is Asian and she def can understand them. She told me they were so rude to her and giving her rude remark . She will be doing self checkout next time . I’ll teach her so the worker can get off her back . It doesn’t matter how much soda she wants to buy, that’s none of y’all business. You don’t questions other about what they buy , why are you questioning my mom for? We have tons of party so we get soda when we can. Please train your employee
