Needed to use coinstar.went to customer service desk at 7pm and was told “no money you gotta come back tomorrow ” so I came back at 10am the next day to find desk roped off and asked the head cashier when could I see a manager because I needed my $292.41 ticket cashed in. She said “I don’t even have $50 you will have to come back after 2:30″… Wow what great service…
So tired of doing grocery pickup paying what we do now for groceries, only to get rotten produce and squished bread. Please please teach your shoppers how to pick fresh produce and to bag bread and eggs separately from cans and other items that would squash them. That’s why I stopped tipping never know what I’m going to get
Kroger is absolutely out of pocket. They have now raised their prices for their below standard quality of products higher than competitor stores. Apart from that their pharmacy decided to stop taking insurance from certain companies without even a notice to their customers. This store is an absolute joke. Sub par quality food, ghetto service, and higher prices. Publix need to put this place out of business.
Tobacco counter is never stocked from the inside to the outside gas station smh. Tired of coming back days later to see the same item that clearly is a frequently bought cigarillo out of stock! Ie white pack of backwoods and dutches…. I used to work fro Kroger that is somebody literal job to prevent that from happening! Do better or close down already ! Geez
Love this store. Always well stocked. Great produce and meats. Friendly people. Registers open and I’m not forced to do the self check out.
