a year agoLove my Kroger stores. This one is located in area that can be a bit difficult getting in and out of. Parking is always available, but you might have to hunt for a space, and park far out.Plenty of fresh produce, meats and dairy to choose from. Most of the shelves were stocked, and I found very few items that they were out of.
Friendly staff, but they seem understaffed. I waited for 15 minutes in the meat department for service. I finally left. Only one person there working and he was busy.
Big grip today is a lot of the meats did not have pricing marked on them. I complained to the store manager and he told me that the prices should be on the shelves below the meat. I looked and there were no prices ( see picture).
3 months agoKroger is a good place to shop. It had most of the produce I wanted. There were a couple of things on my list that they either didn’t have available or were out of at the time. The bagger at the checkout line walked off in the middle of bagging my items, and the cashier had to apologize for her. The cashier then had to bag the rest of my items herself. Overall, it is a great place to get what I need and is conveniently located close to where I live.3 weeks agoOMGOSH. So I usually love Kroger, but this visit was made aware of some of their new practices. So we were attracted to a display of peaches and nectarines. We had to stand in line at the self checkouts because there were only 2 registeres open at 12:30 on a Saturday!!! The self checkouts took 20 minutes. Anyway, after our purchases, I noticed that the fruit wasn’t correct price. I stopped to ask a lady monitoring a self checkout area. She said to get the advertised price, I had to DOWNLOAD the digital app!! Seriously???? What about the older people who shop without the knowledge of the digital age ?? No discount for them, or me who thought that was the advantage of the Kroger card!!?? Come on, Kroger, make your store shopper friendly again!!! Offer real discounts without having to jump through multiple hopps!!! A disappointed shopper!!!3 years agoGood clean well stocked store with a shopper friendly layout. Plenty of parking, and an easy to get to location. There were a number of registers open in addition to self checkout. All in all a great location.3 months agoThe day I went, they had everything I was shopping for(sic) And YES most things were higher than two weeks ago when I went by. Seems like every Kroger store has their own prices by location.

a week agoHajee was very kind and had wonderful manners. Great kid. I ordered curbside pick up groceries and I typically tip everyone when they’re finished loading my groceries but didn’t have any cash on me this time. I apologized and he was so kind. Once I see him again, I’ll tip him double. this Kroger has really stepped up their game. I quit going to them because things were never stocked, and the staff could be kind of rude. They have really hired some good people and hard workers. Everything seems to be stopped and up to par. Not sure if Phillip still works there but he’s the man!a week agoWell organized even though I could tell they were doing some major restocking. Having a Starbucks was also a nice touch. Plenty of parking and local fast food, too.2 months agoONE check out lane open and the store was packed! The self check outs had at least 5 lights blinking and 3 were card only/no cash. One employee dashing around trying to help so many. She was very pleasant in that stressful situation. Very frustrating experience! This was Sunday evening at 9pm before July 4th. Someone should have used better planning for having staff there.a year agoI’m thankful for pickup. But I’m fed up with this. These pictures are from one order. And this happens every single time I order which is at least once a month. Are you trying to get my family sick?! Do you not train employees on how to bag and what to bag with? You CANNOT put raw meat and fruits and vegetables together.2 months agoThe lines in the store now is ridiculous!!! There is never enough cashiers or visible management. It looks like unorganized chaos. Though you are not an employee you will have to service yourself. Things have really changed. My rating does not reflect the employees.

The staff at this Kroger make it exceptional. They’re pleasant, knowledgeable, accommodating, polite, etc. Thanks Mr. Baker (mgr), Alex (meat/seafood) and Neaman (checkout/cashier). You make grocery shopping a little more bearable. This sweet lady Cathy, is there every Friday by the deli passing out Boars Head samples and as good as those are, nothing compares to Cathy
Kristina was absolutely the rudest cashier I have ever experienced. I’m sure it’s not her first complaint. I shop here all the time and never had any issues before my experience with her .
It had never happened to me in this country in the Starbucks department, the employee Lexy and her colleagues were the most racist thing I have ever experienced. The worst treatment and experience should not have employees like that.
I drove 15 miles to get cat litter. An emergency if ive ever heard of one. They were closed. At 10:40pm. That’s twenty minutes early. Oh that hurt
Every single time, never fails, when I place a pickup order, they call me to tell me they’re behind schedule and to come at a later time. I mean come on now, literally every single time this happens. Maybe you should edit how many orders per hour you are able to take instead of taking too many and having to call me every single time to tell me to pick up later. Very inconvenient.
