They did the following promptly and superbly the week after Christmas. * dig up and replace about 50-60 ft of the main water line between the old main shut-off valve and water meter. * relocate and replace the main shut-off valve. * Hose bib valve replacement. * Trenching 20″ deep. * backfill (basic). Tony and his crew worked their tails off and got the job done with soldered copper pipe in one day of HARD WORK, including working within the garage to make and hook up a new wall penetration to move the main shut off valve to a better location. They were backfilling the trench and cleaning up until it was dark (7 PM on site). United charged a very fair price, and we are relieved and delighted to have this job well done quickly. And there were NO SURPRISES and NO HASSLES. I did not have the toilet when I first contacted them so I communicated over a week to discuss the estimate and schedule the work. So different people responded at various points but they were aware of my situation. I received a couple of prices perhaps due to not being clear on the toilet. As part of a sidewalk project we “discovered” the old water service line was not installed correctly. They came by quickly, diagnosed the issue over the phone, and did this the repairs correctly with no shortcuts *the first time*.
To their credit, they stayed to the quoted price even though the work was more than might have been expected on first look.

[2] Installation of Laundry Service in Utility Room
Manny came and carefully quoted the project. Their team then installed the laundry to specification. They even added a connection from the hot water heater overflow to the waste water pipe. Unlike many, they installed the hammer arrestors correctly too.
After many months of operation, it works fine with no issues. Again textbook.
I have been working extensively with EJ Plumbing on an outdoor/backyard project and they have been incredible every step of the way! My project involved extending our main gas line for a natural gas fire pit and grill/outdoor kitchen, as well as extending the plumbing for a sink in the outdoor kitchen.
My main interactions have been with Danny and his team and they have supported me through every step of this multi-phase project:
– Onsite consultation
– Extending the gas line from the main line to the fire pit area and the outdoor kitchen which were on opposite sides of the backyard.
– Stubbing out the plumbing for the outdoor kitchen sink
– Running the plumbing connections to the outdoor kitchen grill
– Fire pit connection to the gas line.
The project required intricate coordination with my landscape contractor and EJ plumbing has been responsive and quick to be available onsite whenever they are needed to complete their part of the work to help me keep my project moving. Their work is exceptional and very high quality and I would recommend using them for your next plumbing project! EJ Plumbing has given me so much peace of mind with all the extensive plumbing work that has been required for my outdoor space.
Great experience with EJ plumbing. Our water heater stopped working and we needed to replace it asap. I called EJ in the evening and they were able to schedule us a following morning. They texted me when the technician was on the way and he showed up on time. Their estimates were very clear and fair. The technician provided us the estimates pretty quickly in the several scenarios which made our decision making easy. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. Plus he cleaned up the area for us after all the jobs were done. I appreciate that. Of course we’re happy with their quality services. We’ll definitely work with them again!

EJ Plumbing met and exceeded my expectations for the install of my exterior tankless water heater. The install of heater was excellent. All the personnel on site were highly skilled professionals and always willing to answer all my questions. The personnel had great attention to detail and always maintained a well-kept work area. The job required inspection from the County of Santa Clara Building Inspector. The staff at EJ plumbing handled a difficult inspector with grace and composure.
