- Reviews:So, this is my second time with Roto-rooter. Three stars for their professional and clean work. Just this time, I feel alittle different. I didnot get to see the receipt that they charge me for the part. And for the the new valve that they install for me, it not go all the way in with the pipe. They said it is okay to put it like that. It is not a big deal. Instead they told me if there is something wrong with the valve, it hav warranty and call whoever to come and see. I hope it is true. Because when they took the old one off, it pretty tight that they have to use some strength to take it out. I paid the full cost cus I expect the work to be done well. And it is not cheap. It is very expensive. Almost 500 bucks for this morning. The technician, Manny, was very courteous and professional. Got the job done quickly and it was great to have use of our kitchen sink for the rest of the weekend! Also, all of the Customer Service reps we spoke with throughout the day were extremely polite and helpful. Overall, a very satisfying experience. - Reviews:Woke up to a major gas leak had to shut off gas. After 2 days of calling warranties and plumbers out my landlord was able to get apex out here. Chris Welch was the technician that responded. I informed him i had been without gas for 3 days and had a newborn in the house. He was honest saving my landlord $600 and got started as soon as he got the green light. He was very professional and and informative on the issues and what needed to be fixed. They apologized for the experience I had did everything they could to help me, and for a company to keep their word, it goes a long way with customer base. To that I give them five stars. Unfortunately to repair flange I had to pay $553 with the country having high inflation I understand their prices. I work for an apartment complex located on the west side Columbus. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Apex Pros. Customer Service was excellent. Called in got an appointment right away. The technician that was assigned to my job was named Jason Martinez. First he gave me 3 different quotes of $553, $989, $4216. To repair the toilet flange $553, replace $989 and remove and replace the concrete floor $4216. He cut the plastic flange in two pieces and put a $12 metal repair kit on top. He did not have any supply with him. He bought the supply from the local Home Depot on broad street. He was very unprofessional, while on the job her answered his phone and made plans and cursed in front of the resident repeatedly use foul language. Did not finish the job and had to come back next morning said he would be back at 8am. Returned in the morning an hour late at 9 am and proceed to tell me he’s a licensed professional, and he knows what he’s doing and I have no idea what it takes to be a plumber. Being a maintenance man for the property I did not one time question his expertise level. Overall my tech was not good at all. I changed the flange myself and fixed the problem myself. Waste of time and money. The Licking County Humane Society was working a Humane Agent case where two kittens were trapped. Thanks to the efforts of Chris Welch, Josh Salmons and everyone at Apex, the kittens were saved. Chris and Josh were absolutely wonderful to work with, very professional, friendly and cared deeply about animals! April 16th I had them out to replace my upstairs bathroom faucet under the home warranty. Job was completed and then 3 days later I come downstairs to water coming out of my ceiling. I called Apex and they got someone there pretty quickly and I learned that the guy that replaced the faucet didn’t tighten a water line. To their credit they did get All Phase restoration out the same day to start the drying process. 8 days later after everything was dry, they told me that the construction crew would be in contact to set up a time to repair the damage to the drywall and ceiling . Fast forward to July 21st after the lame duck construction crew gave me the run around for 3 months- they finally come to install the vanity in the bathroom-they got it in but again left everything else unfinished. I come downstairs this morning and surprise surprise there’s water coming out of my ceiling under the vanity they just put in yesterday. The nightmare basically starts all over again. During this process I’ve had to reach out to Apex after never getting a follow up unless I call first. No owner or manager has ever reached out on their own, until this morning when the situation became unbearable and I had to call again. If the situation somehow gets rectified I will update my review to let people know. We had our water filter installation, after my wife couldn’t stand the taste of chlorine regularly. We couldn’t be a bit happier with our installation! Always courteous wearing a mask and covering their boots walking in/out the door. We will be using Eco Plumber in the future for upgrading our house to the latest standards out on the market! We are very happy with the time it took for the project, always having the right tools on hand or in their truck. Matthew did it right for us!
I’m a part of their care plan program and just had my fall heating tune up today. The plan is very reasonably priced and includes fall heater check, spring AC check and water heater flush amongst other things.
Scheduling was fantastic! I called around 10am and they were here shortly after noon, which was really surprising given it was a non-emergency call and I was expecting to wait at least a week per other plumber’s timelines.
As for the service itself, Eric was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed one non-emergency issue and gave me a quote to address it whenever, no pressure at all. He also showed me how to replace the filter in the unit and gave advice on how to decide when it needs replaced. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.
Cost at the end was $0, as promised with the care plan, but I was glad to note they didn’t have any hidden fees or undisclosed caveats.
This is my second time working with EcoPlumbers and I will be trusting them again in the future
Rob was so awesome. Very friendly and professional. The entire team at Eco Plumbers were professional, friendly, and timely. Rob was so nice and and helpful. He cleared the initial backup and called in more crew members to help. He waited 45 minutes just talking with my son and I while he waited for more members to come with additional machines to clear what ended up being tree roots blocking the pipes. One of the tree roots being 4 feet long. All of the team takes customer service serious. And Rob is a kid magnet. My son Sam was talking his ear off. Rob was patient and didn’t mind talking with him.
We had a plumbing leak in the basement. We’ve had multiple people out over the years, but either they’ve taken our deposit or we never had enough to cover the full cost of completely repairing the ENTIRE plumbing drainage system. After a deposit earlier in the week and no show from a different plumber we were at a low point. We decided to give EcoPlumbers a try before giving up and living with the leak. THANK HEAVEN we did.
I cannot say enough positive things. We were able to get financing and they had the whole system rebuilt THAT DAY. Most of all, I’d like to thank Justin our technician (and Mathew) for being the best repair men we’ve even had. They were kind, patient and understanding (despite the chaos in our house). After finding out that they have an electric department and HVAC I doubt I will call any other company/ person other than EcoPlumbers.

It was a day like any other, I woke up, brushed my teeth, walked the dog, went to take my shower and…zero hot water. I journey to my basement, water taking up a significant portion of the floor and the tank spewing from the bottom, like a wounded soldier sputtering their last words. Bummer.
Gene came in and fixed up the whole mess in less than four hours from the time I initially called to the moment he packed up. He removed & hauled away old tank, installed new, & added a pan under the tank and ran pvc to the drain. It’s the little things right?
Gene was great, knowledgeable, & quick. That eco-team is like a well-oiled machine. Super efficient and mechanical. It was obvious Gene has done this a million times before. It’s nice knowing I don’t have to worry. Thank you Gene & eco plumbers!
