- Reviews:Stubbed my toe very badly while on vacation and caused really bad trauma to the toenail. Doctor was very patient with me and helped explain everything and suggested because so little was still connected it was best to remove. She was able to do it with the help of two nurses and gave local anesthetic so it didn’t hurt. Also able to prescribe antibiotic and pain killers right in the clinic which was convenient. Plus she was very compassionate and patient when I was scared of the needle and worked very slowly with me so I felt as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend especially for tourists – as some other places can be very impatient with tourists or rush them but I didn’t feel that way at all!By Kayla Burtch (4 months ago)Great experience as a first timer. The clinic is situated at the famous jalor alor so easy to find. I barely waited to be helped when I registered, the staffs are friendly and helpful. I was attended by Dr Yee, he took his time to check my condition as well as my treatment. When we came in, the reception was playing with her phone and did not even make eye contact. She looked very depressed doing her job. - Reviews:I see that people have a lot of bad things to say about this clinic, but personally I have nothing but good vibes and reviews for the clinic. I went there twice, once due to my dry eyes and second, for my nerve issues on my left wrist. The lady at the counter was very chatty and friendly. The doctor was also good. Both times I went, the clinic was empty and I received treatment fast. I did ask them about the bad google reviews and I feel that maybe patients have their own issues and expect royalty 5 star treatment from a clinic just because they have corporate insurance. Some people may be too quick to judge. Personally tho, I was treated Ok and have no problems. Not a bot. not a paid review. Definitely one of the newer and better maintained klinik kesihatan out there. Huge parking space that’s free to park so that’s one less thing to worry about.
But then again like any other public services, expect to wait in line for a very long time. The wait is not too bad now; due to the pandemic, they’ve implemented an online appointment system.

Need to book appointment to enter but dont provide online instructions on how and where to book.. arrive there early and they show this to do online booking.. waste lots of time, wonder how old people gonna book first while being sick with all these technology.

I like this government clinic mainly due to its professional medical personnel and often its efficiency, compared to other government and private clinics. The location is about a couple of kilometres from the LRT and Monorail Titiwangsa stations, and the premise is clean and spacious. However what I dislike about it is the high frequency of computer system breakdowns at the registration counter and the extraordinary impatience of a certain nurse that handles the number for the queue. Otherwise I’m pretty satisfied with the overall quality of service. A shout out of gratitude to the personnel of the pharmacy department.

When I go Sri Rampai, doctor say you can go TITIWANGSA and your address area also cover by Titiwangsa……
A patient without any medication because of this type HUMAN!!
Within 1 hour all my require procedures is done. (Registration > Saringan > Doc > Dressing > Farmasi)

The best and professional gov clinic I experienced with. Thanks to all medical officer and doctors. They really do the great job lagi2 with timing. Sgt2 bagus!
