7 months agoThe House was AMAZING and my family and I loved looking out at MARVELOUS views in each large window. Our hosts were AWESOME! Sonia was very thoughtful and accommodating. The only minus was charging extra for for the chairs and table. It was a wonderful experience for my family. Merry Christmas!7 months agoThis house was very nice. The host Sonyia was very friendly and accommodating. My family stayed there while in town for a funeral and used the house for a private family gathering after funeral which we had catering set up through Sonyia. The food was great and was plenty of it for a very reasonable price. It is a nice property.
It is indoor/outdoor resort style. Great pool, hot tub and gym.
THE STAFF is amazing!!!! The people that work at the desk always so nice and friendly.
There is an OLD MAN that repair things around..he is so handy and super nice!
Great location! You can walk to Trader Joe’s and Sprout is not too far.
I love having a balcony ????
CONS : The room cleaning schedule is weird. They say every other day but it is not really every other day. I wish it would be more consistent on the every other day.
No microwave in the room 🙁
The hotel has a beautiful venue with plenty of parking. John (Director of Catering) was amazing to work with and helped make the planning process easy and stress free. The staff at the hotel and at the event were super accommodating, nice and pleasant to interact with. A lot of our guest raved about the food and service they were provided by the event staff.
This hotel is a hidden gem in the area! I had an Airbnb issue and needed a place to stay last minute so I decided to stay here due to the location in proximity to my family. I’m so glad I did! This location was so nice! Upon check-in I was greeted so warmly. The room was very clean and quiet. The shower felt so nice after a long day and the bed was heavenly. I ate at the restaurant on site and enjoyed yummy soups and salads. The fitness center has everything you need to get a good workout. The pool and hot tub were very clean and relaxing to enjoy at the end of the day. I had a wonderful stay here and know I’ll be back.
Nice atmosphere with a massive outdoor patio. The service is pretty good.
We ordered margaritas that were a bit pricey, but tasted good. For food we had mole enchiladas 4/5, shrimp and beef fajitas 4/5, and beef quesadillas 4/5.
I have been the event planner for many events at the Doubletree Claremont over the last several years.
I work with John Gutzwiller on the meeting room and meals. He always does a fantastic job in planning and executing the plan. Every single event has worked out perfectly and the longer we work together, the better things get.
I work with Shirlene Nowling on the hotel room reservations for our overnight guests. She always gets everything done with a great attitude.
The entire hotel staff is professional, joyful, and desirous of giving you the best possible hotel experience. They love to hand you your free and delicious DoubleTree cookies.
The restaurant food is excellent. I particularly like the steak and salmon entrees for dinner. The breakfast buffet which includes an omelette bar is terrific. They prepare very delicious salads and sandwiches for lunch.
The hotel is immaculately maintained. You always see people cleaning and improving the hotel’s appearance.
You will feel so welcomed when you approach the front desk. Every staff member seems excited that you have come to stay in their facility.
The meeting room is always set up as desired and everything runs on time.
In general, if you ask for something, it will get done if at all possible.
I love coming back to the Claremont DoubleTree!!!
