2 months agoThe best Costco store I’ve been into, and I’ve been all over the world. The place was spotless, I actually witnessed the employees, scrubbing the walls. Customer service is outstanding❗️❗️ the store manager, Pam is the shining example of what customer service should be. Michelle also did an excellent job in renewing my membership, and Jessica, supervisor there was incredible her empathy for customers and her outstanding customer service should be a model for other Costco in please… BRAVO👍👏‼️a month agoProblem with this place is that the great selections, the great quality, and the great prices always result in spending more than I plan. The car fuel prices are always among the lowest in the area. One of the best sources for meat for holiday grilling4 months agoGreat selection of items at a decent price compared to a regular grocery store. Store is organized and clean. Food Court is awesome and the food is really good priced. However There is always a huge line for check out. Most of the times only 2 or 3 registers are open which causes a back up of people trying to check out. The place does get really busy on weekends. I’d recommend going on a week day.2 months agoAlways a bargain. Picked up two 8×10 indoor/outdoor rugs for $79 each. Saw same rug but a 5×7 for $150.in the last weekSelf service registers -they check your pic on the card. At the regular cash register they do not care about your picture. I tested a number of times showing my card barcode covering pic with a thumb. Isn’t it silly? So, instead of fast service going to the self service I go to the regular cashier. Create longer lines and more hectic situations 😂

5 months agoThis Costco seems to be hidden behind famous King Of Prussia mall but as soon as you arrive nearer, you experience different life. Loyal members and customers, carts over flowing, never ending check out lines, cars waiting in each lane praying someone would leave ! But, Costco uses right number of people at right place. You can come out much faster than you would imagine. Look at nice view from 2nd floor Rest room area. Here they use technology for ease of operationin the last weekAlways have good selection and cost me over $200+ every time we go.5 months agoAs a Costco member, that means you get to go to different Costco to check out their products and also stock up some on sale items. The store is clean and, just like any other Costco, organized.a week agoThis review is for the Tire Center only. It has been a mixed experience, that’s why a 3 star. I have been using Costco Tire Center for many years and they have been serving me well on my cars until the recent 2 – 3 years that some of the staff members have been very unprofessional. To be more specific, I had a bad experience with one technician recently. Had a flat tire and a visible nail so went to the tire center for a repair. It was a busy day and waited more than 2 hours which is normal. The technician came out and told me that the tire was beyond repairable, “There are 3 nails…” which surprised me as I inspected the tire myself. It was almost 8 PM on that day. But, I trusted them so came back on the 2nd day to do the paperwork on the replacement, paid onsite, and scheduled an appointment while waiting for the tire to be ordered. A few days later, my son went to the tire center to get the tire replaced while I was on a business trip. When I came back and checked the car, I didn’t see a new tire! Seems they patched the tire instead of replacing it and didn’t refund me the money nor any explanation. I don’t know if someone simply misjudged or was playing the game because it was almost at the end of their day. Not a coincidence, I had a bad experience with the same technician 2 years back when she quoted me 4 run-flat tires while my car clearly has a spare tire and replaced tires at the same location before. The rest folks at that location seem fine, one or two of them are very friendly and easy to work with, such as the manager and the supervisor. I have my full respect for female technicians but not at this location.a year agoAs usual a standard Costco. A very well stacked items and collections of things are very good. Staffs are attentive and friendly. Parking is somewhat cumbersome for first timers. Somewhat medium accessible from interstate. A lot of Asian based collections you can see here especially Indian items. Produce , bakery all is clean and fresh. Missing their vegetable pizza and they are not making anymore ☹️. All in all you will enjoy the store 🤝

Great photos, helpful friendly staff. Quick in and out if you order online. Only possible negative is that the only edit you can do on their website or at the store is to crop. So I always edit my photos before downloading.
I love Costco but not this location, parking lot too small and the store itself has to be one of the smaller footprints that Costco has across the US. Lines for the self checkout quickly run up the aisle and things just feel very tight and compact.
We mostly get lamb and fish from here. Their mac and cheese is bomb. Customer service is great. I wish they’d add an alcohol department, but I get this is Lancaster county. Added a few photos of the finished products, of meat cooked from here.
I don’t normally post reviews but when an employee goes above and beyond I want to recognize it! Today I was at Costco doing my normal monthly shopping. We got to the self checkout (had my two kids in tow) and my son reminded me I forgot to grab the popsicles that I save till the end so they don’t melt. As I was standing there trying to figure out what to do, the employee working the self checkout line (his name is Maurice) overheard my son and offered to walk the whole way back and grab a box for us while I checked everything else out. I would have never expected him to do that but the fact that he offered so I could keep my transaction running smoothly was above and beyond in my opinion. I really appreciated it! He deserves public recognition ☺️
I was here a couple days ago worse costumer service! I was with my family I had to spit line because I had left my card at home, the one cashier had closed her line right before I could get there both cashiers were rude took my card away as of something was wrong made a huge deal about is sharing the card. I have my own so I had to borrow my moms we were literally right there I have done this at the Costco I. Delaware never had an issue before. Here they took the card away kept calling more people none of them were nice they all had attitudes if they’re an issue I’m ok with them let me know but they were just super rude very unprofessional for as much I spend at cots between buy and the membership Costco should at least hire and train their employees to treat costumers with respect. And should know how to handle issues professionally. I’m jut upset at how things were Handled and the attitude of the employees.
