  1. My husband and I have purchased many things from this store, from a washer/dryer set to a phone, TV, and other gadgets. We have always had a positive experience with them, their employees have always been patient and personable, and so far we have found Total Tech a worthwhile investment. Colin in the phone/tech department has become our go-to person, he’s been super helpful!

  2. The staff at Best Buy is knowledgeable and customer oriented. The Geek Squad and membership are great!! They have helped me with so many things. Made it the first place I go for appliances, entertainment, and tech!!

  3. Usually on the heavier staffed arena that any Best Buy I have ever been in had, today didn’t fit that mold. I went there looking for a replacement washing machine as our machine lost it’s life today. To my surprise I found an interest in an item but I walked the store looking for help. It wasn’t an awful wait, but the item I wanted wasn’t in stock. Went to the competition

  4. The ship assistants are always friendly and knowledgeable. They will go above and beyond to make sure they will find the exact product that matches your needs. This location particularly offers a great experience. I am fond of technology and enjoy visiting this location just for window shopping and for the friendly atmosphere.

  5. Best Buy used to be one of my favorite stores to shop. The employees were always available and ready to help. That was not the case when I was there Friday. If you want help, you have to walk to the front of the store and tell the greeter and then your name goes into a queue. 🙄 There was not even 20 customers in the store, probably as many employees. I was only there to buy a 50 dollar product, but with that kind of customer service I will not be considering Best Buy for any major purchases. Up until this time I have purchased all of my computer and gaming systems since 2000 from them as well as major home appliances. Very disappointing.

    Gia helped us with a new phone for my elderly dad. She was very patient, and explained things in a way he could understand. She activated the new phone for my dad, and transferred all of the data for him as well. This is a nice Best Buy, with an easy lay-out. The mobile phone department is near the front and has a separate counter. Parking is very accessible without requiring a long walk to get in the store.

    I went in looking for a printer (they hardly had any on hand and offered to order me one) and I walked out with a Nintendo Switch and a video game. The service was really friendly although due to Covid it looks like they really hide and come to help you when you request it. The TV section did look a little bare but hopefully they get more in when I return to purchase one. I liked the central location. Very easy to get in and out of. I will definitely be back to this location.

    I have bought many things here over the years. Most recently, I needed to get a new phone and Michael got me into a Pixel 7 and I haven’t been this happy with a phone in a very long time. Great service and answered all of my questions.

    I purchased a Ring doorbell, and it was missing the screw package. I took it back and they exchanged it without any problems. They showed exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this location.

    Went in last night to return an item I purchased online. I was greeted at the door & given instructions on where customer service was to make a return . They opened a second register while I was waiting in line to speed up the line. The sales person asked for receipt and I let them know I made the purchase online. The sales rep then asked me if I had an email I could show proof of purchase. I thought to myself wow didn’t know I needed to search through emails just to show I paid for this. I’m trying to get the mobile app to load however I didn’t get good connectivity in the store & it was taking a while to load. After 2 minutes & also having a mini panic attack, now thinking I’m not going to be able to make this return, the sales person asked me for my phone number, with a slight eye roll. The sales person was able to access my purchase info immediately. I didn’t understand why the sales person didn’t lead with that. The line was 5 people long behind me and I felt like I was wasting everyone’s time. We finally confirm my info & get into the return process at one point the sales person was on their cellphone. I think customer service could have more sense of urgency when the line is lengthy & the return process shouldn’t have taken 10 minutes.

    1. The sales boy arranged delivery at a time they do not even deliver. Not nice to say boy but considering I spent 1K that day and everything he said to me has turned out to be false. As he’s patting himself on the back this customer is left with big disappointment.
    2. Once the delivery, although 3 days late, arrived one of the young men was getting ready to leave. I said ‘Uhhh you don’t take it out of the box’, he said no that’s an additional charge. The other young man took it out of the box. They’re out at there truck and I see the damage. The great delivery guy, Cyril, came back in and pictured the damage. I had to call the store, which I did, wound up on hold for over 30 minutes and they will pick this one up when they deliver the next one. In 5 more days.
    3. Just don’t purchase anything from Best Buy. They seem to have no idea what the sales floor people are selling. At least at this store.

    Initially, had I written this review it would have been a one star but I wanted to wait to see if they fixed the issue and they did.

    We had originally bought two new TVs to be delivered and installed; however, there was an error when they scheduled it (not sure exactly what happened). The day of our delivery they called to let us know they could not complete our scheduled install – so upsetting. After speaking with them, we did leave unsatisfied as they could only give us a new install date of 2 more weeks later (we had already waited 3).

    Next day, we unexpectedly received a call from our installer asking if they could come within the next 10-15 minutes! The JOYYYY that was felt with that call. Not only were they correcting their mistake, but we were able to still get our FAVORITE installer, Art. To be honest, he is one of the main reasons we still choose Best Buy (we actually requested him when we bought the TVs to be our installer). He has installed/delivered most of our products and we always know that our items are in great care with him! He is so great to talk with, very professional, and quick! So thank you Art! We will always be grateful for you!

    Also a thank you to the General Manager, Joe for fixing things for us and getting it handled quickly. Another thank you to the Supervisor, Austin for beating with us! We appreciate all of you!

    Over ally experience was great!!! My sales person showed a lot of patience which I appreciate. I was unaware they don’t go on commission so I probably made mine work a bit too much for the sale. We got 4 appliances all together. This is just one.

    It’s always a fun place to browse. I was scoping out what items they have in store as we head into the biggest sales events of the year. They had just enough help to answer questions without being pushy. As always, the store was well maintained and staffed.
