  Ordered a grocery pickup yesterday, went to pickup and their system was down. Fine, I get it. So I went back at a later time after calling and confirming their system was back up and running, get there and wait 30+ minutes for them to tell me their cancelling my order. Today I go inside and shop my groceries myself, I’m mid checkout and their system goes down again. I’m patient and wait for it to come back up and still have issues when it is up. I’ve wasted hours the past two days and still failed to purchase anything from the store because their systems fail to work.

  I mean, a Walmart is a Walmart but as far as I’m concerned, this is easily one of the nicest ones I’ve been to anywhere in the country. Inside is bright and clean. Employees were cleaning all around the store and stocking/organizing shelves around dinner time (never seen Walmart shelves so full and orderly). Women’s restroom must have just been cleaned, all seats up and spotless and not a single water droplet at the sinks. Most importantly, several employees actually seemed somewhat happy, doing their jobs and interacting with customers instead of the usual “dodge and run” when someone gets near them to avoid having to deal with the public. Maybe I just hit it at a good time, but this Walmart could teach other stores a thing or two.

  I’m not one to write a negative review, so it really says something that I am taking the time to do this. This store has really gone downhill this year. Constantly cannot get pick up orders correct among many other issues this year. Good luck getting in touch with the store manager about any issues whatsoever. He will not ever come to the phone or return a phone call. It’s sad, because this used to be one of the best Walmart stores in the area.

  This is a huge Walmart! I love it, you don’t feel crowded at all! You can find all your items in stock all the time, and it is also pretty clean and pretty organized! They have huge toy area (see pics)!! My kids love coming here and looking at all the toys they want for Christmas! Prices are super fair and sometimes better than online prices! And when you are ready to checkout you normally find a self checkout available you don’t have to wait, they have plenty!!!

  Every time I come in here, things are in disarray and when I ask an associate where something is (bc it’s not where it’s supposed to be) they tell me that they don’t work in this department and they wouldn’t know. Really? Do they teach customer service. I end up having to roam around until I find some one and almost every time, the item is either not where it’s supposed to be (according to the area or the app map) or they’ve moved it. Get it together. And teach your associates customer service.

  I love this Walmart so much. It’s such a nice Walmart with a large variety of products and nice employees. It’s very clean and has everything you want from a super Walmart, minus the clothes and car stuff. It has about 6 self checkouts that DONT TAKE CASH. And the traditional checkouts have very kind employees. Highly recommend this Walmart.

  I’m giving it 1 star in hopes that management will see this. Nothing wrong with the store itself or it’s employees. Got the nicest people at the gas station.

  My one star is based on the same couple of people begging for money as you walk in and out of this location. Walmart needs to do a better job making it not be so uncomfortable walking in and out.

  Nice clean location with a good variety to choose from and is great because is right near my house however I don’t think I’ll be returning as they continue to allow they same person to panhandle in front of their store every day. I’ve never seen a walmart location allow such obvious begging for money right at the entry doors everyday it makes me feel uncomfortable and reluctant to want to return here. Other than that pretty good store

  0 stars for this location… CHECK YOUR ITEMS for weevils.. It’s already bad enough that groceries are so much more expensive now… but to waste your money and have to throw away BRAND NEW packaged items is horrible! . the 2 UNOPEN boxes of Jiffy cornbread had a lot of weevils inside. I bought a 5lb bag of Great Value Pinto beans…the bag was full of little black bugs with wigs… (the size of a pen tip) The beans looked like holes were poke in them. IMAGINE how I reacted when I poured the beans on my counter top and saw all these bugs crawling EVERYWHERE! I no longer shop at this store. I’d rather drive 10 minutes to the Super Walmart

  Not sure why the pricing is better (at least for my favorite food item) here than Super Walmart on McCart but that’s great. This Walmart has employees that greet you and speak with you, and friendly pharmacists! It’s a little further away but this has become my Walmart of choice!

  I visited this Walmart this morning to utilize the money center however what I needed was not working. I did a little shopping and went through the self check out. I just walked behind this particular associate who just turned this lane on. I proceeded to the self check out. I use the online pay and did not realize that it does not print a hard copy of the receipt. After paying for my items I tap the assistance button on the screen and she came back over to the lane. I asked her if there was a way I could get a physical copy of my receipt because I did not realize with the online pay a receipt would not print. No problem. She prints the receipt and gets me a physical copy. My problem lies is she inspects my receipt, mind you there were no other customers between her prepping it, leaving the lane, and me coming to complete my purchase. It was a little over $20. From the time she left to me completing check out was maybe 4 minutes if that. So she’s inspecting my receipt and then proceeds to ask me to verify how much the total was. This was not a positive experience at all. I felt very uncomfortable and like I was being interrogated as if something criminal took place. This isn’t me calling into a financial institution to check a balance of an account, I’m asking you if you can print my receipt on a transaction that I just made. I have previously had great experiences at this location but due to this I don’t think I will be returning.

  The Walmart is great. The staff are great. It’s just the checkout process in particular. There is one specific woman with an Afro who hovers me and my significant other. We shop here every Friday and noticed she bothers no one else but us. This past Friday she even had the nerve to ask us to see our receipt for some eggs (she stares at all of our groceries in addition to harassing). It’s annoying. I’m African American and my significant other isn’t. No one else is being watched at all. I do not appreciate being profiled in a grocery store. Any store really but this has become unacceptable at this point. Something has to be done and I’d like to talk with a store manager at this point.

  EDIT: No contact from any manager. This same employee still harassed me again today. I haven’t shopped here in over 2 months and was forced. She checked only our receipt and ignored everyone else. Management clearly doesn’t care and these reviews mean nothing clearly.

  Delivered a huge order of expiring groceries to my door on accident. I tried to call and get the problem taken care of. They didn’t want to deal with it and ignored me. I dont shop there for a reason. I wouldnt order groceries for delivery by them.
