3 years agoCan’t say enough about the great experience we had here the last couple of years. Modernity at its finest at the heart of Carlsbad. Walking distance to awesome restaurants and footsteps to the sand. Highly recommend it. In the summer time the water is amazing to swim in and we recently experienced dolphins swimming closely to the shore.4 years agoMy wife and I have been staying at Ocean Villas every month of April for the past 12 years. We were surprised there were new owners when we arrived last month. They have remodeled( still finishing it). They have done a spectacular job!!! The new owners are great people and Lily, the Manager, is a sweetheart. They are all so accommodating and could not be any nicer. It was a bit noisy while the remodel was being worked on, but we didn’t care. They were most apologetic. We were just appreciative to be there. The only problem we had was we had to leave to come back home. We are counting the days to our return!! We would not stay any other place in Carlsbad!!4 years agoLittle bit of paradise tucked away in Carlsbad! Beautifully appointed newly renovated rooms. Large patios overlooking the Pacific Ocean in almost every room. If you get the ability to stay in the sand unit it’s a must! Located directly on the beach and perfect for multiple families! Management provides you with chairs and beach toys to further enjoy your stay! Prices are extremely reasonable compared to other properties! We will definitely be back to Ocean Villas soon!a year agoAmazing please to stay at! It is on the front line with with the ocean view units. Very clean and cozy. Highly recommend for couples and families with children.3 years agoWow, I ve been coming here for years and still absolutely love it. Plus they remodelled the whole place. All very nice furniture and trim. Still a very quiet building which is appreciated. Still amazing views and the absolute best location ie one easily walked block to the village with all the restaurants although you really should make a point of having lunch at Mas Cantina which is about four blocks away but worth the effort😁 The Compass is also fantastic. I am already booked for two weeks again next year. And lastly they have a new onsite manager and she is fantastic. Thanks Nicole for everything!

a month agoI was referred to Faye and Thaier by a realtor that knew I had had problems with my previous agency. Like most of us, I’ve heard the same phrases from sales people: you will always be my primary priority, I’ll always be available to you, I’ll treat your home like it was my own.. etc. Well in this case, it’s more than just words- it’s action. It’s evident in all they do. Their service is sincere, it’s friendly, genuine, proactive and most importantly, effective. I’ve gotten three times the rentals in my first three months as I did in a year of my previous agency. Staging- 5, paper work (city/ tax docs etc.) 5. Follow through and deposit into my account, both 5’s. Bottom line, I think that Faye and Thaier (and by extension, Grand Welcome) are the very best, most caring, in the field. Great stay. Listening to the waves at night. When they say across from the beach they mean it. Pet friendly/ dog friendly. Food next door, water rentals next door. We will definitely return!!!
You will want to stay here and enjoy the cool ocean breezes and the dolphins passing by from the lanai overlooking Carlsbad beach (there is a small parking lot in front to people watch). The location is ideal for walking everywhere. We have been visiting Sea Breeze for many summers and this year, we were pleased with the many upgrades! The housekeeping staff, especially Gloria, is warm and wonderful! Our pups were more than pleased with all of the walks and dog friendly places to visit.

We loved our stay here! The location can’t be beat! The fact that it is pet friendly is just an added plus. It was extremely clean, had everything we needed! It was hard to leave, and we can’t wait to book again. Def recommend. Thank you!
We had a wonderful family vacation! The condo was beautiful, clean and in a wonderful location. The staff was full of great information. The location allowed us to park and walk to anywhere we needed to go. The beach was right across the way and the views were gorgeous from the patio. We can’t wait to go back!
