Always has a great atmosphere. Staff is very knowledgeable and can generally answer your questions. Clean and organized, too. Great deals also, I buy all major electronics from here. And with Totall-Tech, it makes warranties and fixing all your devices and electronics easy and hassle free.By Luke Robson (3 months ago)Went to make a purchase, looked at the product and stood around waiting for someone to assist me, after about 5 minutes i reached out to someone passing by and asked for assistance. They said they would get someone to help me. Stood around for another five minutes as associates walked around passing me by, again i reached out to a couple of associates walking by talking and i finally got some help. The look and attitude i got from them just fir asking for help made me realize they don’t care about customer service. I be making my purchases online from another vendor from now on. They don’t need customers interrupting their conversations to provide service and do their jobs.
No wonder more people are making purchases online, it’s simple and no attitude. Nice door greeting hard to find available employees to help you. Lot of gadgets I don’t understand lot of surplus but the things I was looking for they wanted me to go online. Seriously had 6 workers standing around at the entrance talking while I was waiting next in line for 10+ minutes. 8 people were in line behind me and only one person working the register helping for a return.Great Management.

My husband and I recently went to this Best Buy store location to look at new dishwashers, refrigerators and televisions. The staff there was very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of our questions. We were very impressed with the selection of products. We will definitely be making our purchases at this store. The main complaint is that they are short staffed so you are mostly on your own and the last 4 times I’ve been I either never got greeted besides by security in the way out or I had to wait in a queue for them to unlock something.
Suggest hiring more staff or not locking so much up.
If you know what you want just order online and get curbside.

They send for someone,but after 15 min of waiting I had to find someone and although they were as helpful as they could be, they didn’t have any way of looking up stock in any reasonable amount of time. Reasonable amount of time would have even been 10 min. In this day in age there is no excuse for employees not to have access to tablets to quickly assist customers. It carries a wide range of gadgets, including televisions, mobile phones, household appliances, computers, sound systems, Bluetooth headphones and earphones, phones, and prepaid sim cards,, as well as mobile cases and screen guards. It offers polite customer service, competent staff, and dependable products. On all products, it has fantastic deals. The store accepts online ordering, curbside pickup, and in-store purchases. I didn’t get the young ladies name, I checked on my receipt, but didn’t see it anywhere, but she was a supervisor working that nite. She wears VERY helpful, very nice and made what is not one of my fave things (shopping) a great exp, for a change! She helped me from the minute I walked in the door, until my TV was taken to the front door for pick up! She carried it as well!
Such a happy surprise these days. Better treat her well, you have something great in her!

Best Buy will now direct all calls to their call center hubs. I had hoped to talk to an associate at the Overland Park store, but when I asked to be connected to the actual store, I was directed to another call center representative who said she wasn’t able to help me contact the store.
Simple enough problem, the store associates said the appliance we purchased was being stored in the warehouse behind a few pallets and it’d take a while (maybe next day) to unpack. When we checked our email after leaving the store, we already received the notification that the product was ready. It seemed unlikely, and before traveling back to the store, we wanted to call to verify. The call center representative told us the best way to verify would be to physically go to the store and ask. Not very efficient and not very customer-friendly.
Daniel, Donte and the crew at this location were fantastic. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable, they helped me find what I needed and get answers to my questions in just a few seconds. So encouraging!
Shout Out to Geek Squad, in particular Andre!! We walked in with expectations our Appt would take an hour! Done in 5-7 minutes n even better, got to keep my phone!! I was thrilled!! You Go Geek Squad- Happy You’re all so talented!!
The man who greeted me was also the person who ended up checking me out. He greeted me with a smile and was able to tell me what I was looking for. When I got to the checkout line there was a bit of an issue with the person in front of me so he ended up coming to help checkout. He made sure I found everything I needed and was so nice. I rarely shop at Best Buy because they are a bit pricey but he made the whole experience for me! It was nice to be in and out since I had so much to do.
