Worst Walmart ever. Many things are out of stock, unorganized, you will never spend less than 20 min at check out, Ridiculous long lines.

Was trying to buy jewelry. Noone was in this section. The jewelry dept employee was in shoe dept asleep. I asked 5 people for help. Everyone acted like they hated being here. This is unbelievable and a joke. Worst Walmart experience ever. I woke her up myself and she proceeded to help me with an attitude. Guess I woke her up too early….Smdh

This place is ridiculous. Tried to cash my check 2 days in a row and this is the line. They only have 1 person working and no one else ever tries to help them. It’s poor leadership. The people that work here are absolutely unprofessional. This place needs help ASAP.

This Walmart has the works of all the niche things you may need while doing your Walmart shopping. This Walmart always has at least 10 employees that I passed on the street during any given trip through this store they’re actively working and they are always willing to help especially when approach I’ve never had anyone be anything but helpful and courteous when I needed assistance. Now because this store is ungodly busy it can look a bit disheveled and also like the shelves are actually just too empty but part of it is they are moving that much inventory there is only so much inventory because of supply chain and the other inventory is on the floor being put up by employees as you walk by. So if a little clutter is not a big deal and you like quality customer service with an auto department and other things like that then this is a good Walmart for you good luck happy shopping

This particular Walmart is filled with very hateful employees that rarely do anything to help the customers have a more enjoyable shopping experience. You will often notice price changes on items that are higher than it was originally priced ,even “after season” items that they’ve brought down out of the attic because it wouldn’t sell. They play a lot of” Reindeer games” with the prices at this location! Also if you spend more than a hour or so shopping, ***loss prevention, starts following you around, for no good reason other than you being careful with spending your hard earned dollars. ******Don’t Shop Here*****

This Walmart has to be the worst Walmart IN AMERICA. The store is absolutely filthy, all the prices are wrong, expired meat and dairy on the shelves, associates smoking weed in the parking lot, no carts.
    CLOSE THIS WALMART DOWN!!!
By Taylor Thomas (2 months ago)
Checked on line for availability of Amaretto International Delight Coffee Creamer at several locations; this was one location that showed availability and so I put it in the cart. Other locations indicated product unavailable. I drive all the way to the location and the product is unavailable. The lackadaisical attitude and rude disposition of the associates is deplorable. I asked to speak to a Manager at 8:20am I was still waiting at 8:40am. Finally, an associate says a passing manager wants to know my issue. I told her I was very articulate and didn’t need to relay a message. I explained that the manager saw me and had opportunity to ask me directly what the issue was.
TERRIBLE STORE! Rude staff, unorganized and poor managerial structure.

Big changes for the better at this store. At least once a week in the morning, I stop at this Walmart on my way to work. I see employees working very hard to stock shelves, clean aisle by aisle and the thing that I notice the most is how the employees connect with one another. A gentleman that appears to be a manager, is also walking around and assisting with stocking along with friendly banter with the staff members. I’m impressed. The store is clean as a whistle in the am, thanks to the hard working employees that I observe. Good job Walmart!

The store was in complete disarray. Shelves were not stocked up, all the products were not in their home location and half the merchandise had no prices and the prices on the shelves did not go with the merchandise. I went looking for an oil filter and had to look through hundreds of them to find it and it took me half an hour. The store looked like a tornado just went through it. I asked t for help to three different employees and they all gave me the same answer“ you need to ask …..someone else” the cashier at the self checkout was acting like she was getting ready to cut someone’s head off. The experience was disgusting. If you haven’t been there turn around and run in the other direction as fast as you can .

Everything is bad!! They need a whole new team. If there were better managers it would be better employees!!!! Also never answers the phone. They have nothing in stock. They shut everything down before closing time. Lines are ridiculously long. Customer service is trash they don’t know how to treat people. No one wants to work…beyond rude. everything in the walk ways just horrible overall.

It is too bad that your associates, the two ghetto bit**es at your “Service” counter who claim to be managers, are rude and they have absolutely ZERO customer service skills. I was simply trying to exchange a Christmas present for a larger size. I was told, and I quote, “Walmart does not do exchanges since Covid began 3 years ago.” Well… I called the customer service support line and was told by Peter that Walmart does, indeed, do exchanges and the associates at this store “just don’t know how to do their jobs.” Stay FAR far away from this garbage pit.

I just wanted to give this Walmart location a 🗣SUPER SHOUTOUT I preshate them for STILL providing their customers with those cart wipes.. (it’s the little things 🤏🏽) THEY get major cool points for showing that they care! A lot of stores don’t provide em which I feel like they should want to help keep down germs 🦠 This store might even still have mask if you ask… Uma always shop here! Thank you management & staff for doing your part in trying to keep our community safe!!!

What can I say? It’s Walmart!☠️ This particular store is always out of what you need. And I’m truly sick of seeing stock clerks leaving their huge unattended stocking carts in the middle of the aisle full of stock. And you can’t get your shopping buggy down the isle because of it! And you never them stocking the shelves. Just standing around or on their phones. And don’t bother asking one of them where something is. They don’t have a clue!!
Then you go check and bag everything yourself. Walk out the door with 4 bags. Spent at least $200.00 And leave as fast possible.

We made a curbside pickup order, there were 12 spots and all 12 spots were full. We waited about 30 minutes at this location and could not get a spot so I chose parking spot 13 and parked across from #12. There were 3 employees bringing orders out but they appeared to not be able to locate the customers. I did drive around 3 or so times to find a parking spot with no luck.

I have a couple suggestions for Walmart.
You can add more parking spots It appears you need about 20. Also an option to put make, model with the color of the vehicle in the app similar to Target’s app. These would make it easier for your employees to find people and a better customer experience with pickup.
One employee walked to every car that was parked in the area to ask if he had their order. It took him about 15 minutes to find one person which I’m sure was frustrating for him as well as customers waiting.

I would give it a 5 but my experience at the Auto Center wasn’t as pleasant. Christine is very unfriendly and needs more customer service training when interacting with the public. If she doesn’t like her job I would suggest she find another. I asked a yes or no general question and was given a sarcastic smart answer. She simply could have advised that I move down to the other desk for payment BUT that apparently was too hard for her to suggest. This Walmart as a whole is a decent store. It’s the workers unfortunately that makes it either a good or bad experience. Be mindful of how you treat customers as you maybe talking to a friend relative or anyone within the executive level. You are a representation of the company itself so please be courteous to all.

This is one of the largest Walmarts in the country. Lower level parking is great for bad weather visits. The store was well stocked and clean. Has just about everything Walmart sells.

. On 12/11/22 around 2:30p I placed a pickup order to be picked up from 7-8p. I’m a little busy so this is the most convenient option for me. Right at 7 I get a notification that my order is delayed “no more than 2 hours” which is understandable. I call the Help #just to get a status update but the automatic response says “We’re preparing your order” I NEVER receive an update until the next day at 6am saying my order is ready. Okay. I get there at 8:40am and call the number on the pickup sign 15times and no one answers. My question to the managers, owners, operator, etc is why are you offering a service that is designed and is intended to provide a convenience to customers but is actually inconveniencing. If someone would simply answer the phone, or update the app more frequently, or communicate in some way with your customers, and provide the common courtesy I would be more understanding. Waiting so long has caused me to be late for work, which if I was simply communicated with, I would just enter the store and do my own shopping. This is unacceptable and inconvenient. Please provide more updates, calls/texts to customers, and communicate more effectively. Also, when checking in it tells you to provide a number but for this location they use letters. Do better

This Walmart is cleaner and not too crowded on weekdays. They have a good size parking lot as well.

The photos speak for themselves. I stood in self checkout for an hour. The store was packed and not enough registers open. People were walking on it leaving items in the isles.

Not the worst but also, not great. Some areas are well kept but often, the app says the item is in stock when it actually isn’t and no sign of the product at all. Some areas are downright impossible to find items but I can’t entirely blame the store/staff when the customers are the ones making it a mess and so obviously stealing. Especially in the jewelry area. But I shop here at least once a week if not more so I’m used to it. Thank goodness for the app and being able to scan prices with it because often things have no price or not in the right location to sleep the shelf price – or they’re actually wrong .

Hi. So it’s currently 10:56 pm and employees are standing at the door saying that Walmart is closed and no one can come in. I got here at 10:53 and I know for a fact that they are not supposed to close the doors or prevent anyone from coming to shop until the store is closed at 11:00 PM. This is the second time they’ve done this. I’m tired of the bad customer service and people not wanting to do their job properly. Please advise your employees to stop closing the store early and better yet find jobs they like so they won’t have to be ugly to people and creating bad experiences.

I haven’t been here in almost 8-10 months. I was very surprised at the cleanliness, new checkout registers and improvements inside. My daughter and I even met a woman and we all engaged in a wonderful conversation for about 10 minutes. That never happened before. I may be back sooner than later.

I arrived Thanksgiving Eve around 10am. The store was clean and organized. I found everything for which I was shopping. I was concerned because I was told a lot of stores were out of popular Thanksgiving food items. When I checked out, I was second in line. Great customer service. All-in-all a much appreciated uneventful shopping event.

This walmart is newly updated and has mostly self check outs but has kept a couple for elderly and for those who prefer help checking out. Since the remodel there are not very many clearance items but they do have very nice craft & party supply sections. There is no hunting section here which is expected for being so close go the city. This location also is connected to a Sally’s and a shoe store along with other businesses.

I have bought numerous batteries for our cars from this location over the years. Yesterday waited 2 hours to finally have a new one installed. Driving home my car shut off 4 times. Went back today(shut off 3 times) . They replaced it with a new one. Stated it might be an alternator issues. Headed to my mechanic and it shut off twice. Mechanic assessed the situation and battery was not attached correctly. Have not had an issues since.
