Store is a mess employees say they have no restroom at all when clearly all Ross I’ve been to before have them available for customers..Long lines and employees keep like following you around like if your going to steal or something.. Like clean up the store instead of following customers around.. Alarms keep going off they don’t even bother to turn them off.. Bad place don’t recommend coming here.. Horrible customer service..

  2. I love Ross because of thier low prices, this is a great place to take your Hispanic mom but be warned… if you take your mom you will spend at least 2 hours there.

  3. Very clean and have so much deal except the clearance rack is a bit poor with the way the size are a so difficult to find. The shoe department is out of order. You got to do lots of searching to find your size. They over price the underwear especially in bra. The manager is nice. They’re not dressed for less. It’s just like going to tjmax

  4. Came looking for toys this morning all the toy section was block off u can’t shop really wanted to shop it’s unfortunate that the security handles all complaints vs the manager Alex . Very unprofessional of Alex to leave security to handle complaints.. I work in retail before this is unprofessional she definitely needs to be re evaluated the fact that she just didn’t want to hear it an walkie talkie security for complains horrible 9:19 am 5/11/23 check camera would never come here I rather travel to a better area where u can actually shop

  5. once again I was followed all around the store as if I was going to steal something and it made me so uncomfortable that I did not even end up buying anything I wanted because the way I was treated by store employees

There is so much to choose from here, with racks and racks of clothing, shoes, accessories, and home decor items. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, with helpful signage and friendly staff available to assist if needed. I appreciated the wide range of sizes and styles available, and was especially impressed by the selection of name-brand items at discounted prices. Despite the large size of the store, it was clean and tidy throughout, and I had no trouble finding what I was looking for. The checkout process was efficient and quick, and the cashier was courteous and professional.

    So this place is huge and they have a lot of options if you’re looking for items for your house or clothes for your kids. All right I’m going to finish just make sure you leave enough time to really be able to go through the store as it tends to be busy through out the day. They are open late and offer free parking for 3 hours.

    Large place with a large variety. Clothes disorganized because some customers made a mess with that. Changing places and leaving things on the floor. The restrooms are horrible. Smell bad and dirty. I told to one cashier about it. Should have one person there for cleaning and filled the papers when it out. I can talk about it because I am there almost once a week. Hope they can see this post and do something.

    Great selection of clothes & house decor/items, shoes, the only thing that is not pleasant is that it smells bad in here. The AC must not be filtering properly. It smells bad with all the people in there that need to learn better hygiene procedures.

    I used to conduct a tour and would bring tourists to shop here at the end. however after the parking lot got stricter about parking there and leaving the premises. I will no longer bring customers to this ross. Parking should be for paying customers I agree. I think its overkill when they track your every move once you get out of your car. There was always plenty of parking before when they cared less about who left the premises.
