a year agoNeat and well organized..Shelves are always stocked at this locationa month agoHorrible management. Two cashiers with 20 customers and takes 1 hour with one customer and even that cashier said move to and different line and that cashier is slow I had to leave my stuff and leave the store never shop here3 weeks agoDollar dot twenty-store was okay. I don’t normally ship there but needed a couple of staple items and they had what I needed.3 months agoCashier wasn’t too friendly..She wouldn’t even greet the people walking thru the door.A lady came to the register and she still didn’t speak.. Customer service not good at all.I went to another store..8 months agoThe reason I like this dollar tree is because it’s the cleanest one I’ve ever been to also the staff, Tony, Christina and Donna are always very pleasant and helpful. 5 months agoNeighbourhood dollar tree outlet , size is decent and stock too is good enough . You will get whatever required. Weekend the billing counter gets busy .2 weeks agoI had a strange experience today at the Doller Tree store. After I finished shopping, I went to the checkout line. At one register, there was a cashier talking to another woman, but her register light was off. I went to the only other register whose light was on.The cashier at the open register was a few feet away, so there was a sign that said to ring a bell for service. I rang the bell.
The cashier at the closed register turned to me and asked why I rang the bell, when she was available at the other register. I said that I rang the bell because her register light was off and she was busy talking to someone. I also said that I didn’t know if she was clocking out or just coming in, and that I couldn’t know if she was available to check me out if her register light was off.
The cashier at the closed register said that she was the manager of the store, and then she and the other woman started saying that “these Indians” won’t listen.
I don’t understand where am I wrong here. I was simply trying to get the attention of the cashier who was available, and I felt insulted by the derogatory remark.
This type of behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. It is important to remember that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their race or origin.

The manager, Indian/Hispanic guy is rude to his employees and customers. Sad!

This is the best dollor tree I have visited.. very neet and well organized and variety of seasonal products.. awesome
unless you want to be ran off by this short female employee who seems to really enjoy hearing herself over the loud speaker, i would avoid this location. her boyfriend sits outside the front door chain smoking cigarettes with his buddies determined to make ppl ho back to their cars while the employee already has the doors locked even tho they’re is still 10 mins left before their “registers shut down”. the complete lack of customer service skills paired with the countdown to close announcement every 5 mins since 9:20, this store’s management might want to reconsider who they’re trusting with their business esp since money spent is def being turned away and ppl also being harassed in the process. to say the least this location is a joke and it was a disaster on the inside, maybe they can turn it around and find some GOOD QUALITY ppl who WANT to work and VALUE customer service.
Love coming here. Big and has everything you need if you need to pick up something real quick! This is a fancy dollar tree! Always clean and staff is always nice when I come in here. Lady that checked me out had long jet black hair and beautiful blue eyes, her presence is so sweet. Told her to put everything in my new basket so bags wouldn’t be wasted!

The cleanest dollar tree I have ever been to! The store is also super organized! Large selection of items I couldn’t find on other location, here’s has it all! This location is my go-to dollar tree whenever I need things.
