3 months agoRoss commercials always make the store look more organized and appealing than reality. I wish Ross stores were kept more organized throughout the day and more cashiers to reduce long lines and waits. This is my second Ross visit in the same day, two different locations, both having the same issue. Long lines, not organized stores.a week agoThis location has a group of talking about nothing gossiping women who see the line is long but choose not to work & talk at the same time. When I mentioned it to the Hispanic (there are several there) lady she told me I should be thanking her. My reply for what? She said for ringing me up. Worst customer service evera year agoThe store was clean. They did not have a great selection of sandals and shoes. I’m thinking that is due to the pandemic as it’s getting hard to stock certain items. However they did have a good selection of clothes and other goodies. It’s so easy to go overboard on purchases as prices are very affordable. All in all was a good day at Rossa month agoI would suggest that you revise your receipt before leaving the store. I didn’t, trusting all was correct. After traveling home and unpacking, Upon looking at the receipts that I had signed and paid for, one was for things I did not buy, nor had received. So, I was out about US$ 70. Do beware, if you shop here.2 weeks agoBusy store at a busy time on a weekend and staff is more interested in arranging hangers and roaming around than to help customers checking out. Waiting in a line of 70 some people, but no one seem to care besides arranging hangers.

My expectations are not high considering the type of store that I am in however I am very disappointed in the management. Literally one person is on the resister of tax free weekend with ninety percent of the store waiting to make their purchase. Someone needs to give this lady on the register a raise for working so diligently through these angry customers. The disrespect of this Ross location is well noted and if I had shopped from the back to the front I would have noticed there were two people checking out when I walked in and somehow turned to one after quickly making my selection. Do better please.
Great selection and good prices but some of the employees were so RUDE! some were nice but the others weren’t lol. I was paying with cash and card and I didn’t realize the cashier was waiting for my card after she put the cash in. She rolled her eyes and had a rude tone the whole time even after i apologized. It’s okay though found some cute clothes!

This store is very, very unorganized and cluttered. The store has things that should be thrown away on display in some areas. The dressing rooms and restrooms are dirty. The staff isn’t friendly, they seem annoyed and bothered.
Really cool finds for cheaper than usual. It was a nice visit for knickknacks and decor. Definitely like the usual Ross stores. It was clean, pretty organized for a Ross, and the store wasn’t crowded. The cashiers were fast, and they’re usually flexible with any items that have damage or missing something and will give you a discount at the register. Really convenient.
