  I have recently been to this salon and had hair spa, hair cut and face cleanup done and can happily say that the services provided have exceeded my expectations. Sona di, Shilpa, Aman and all the other staff are some of the best people in this profession. I would definitely recommend trying their services.

  The worst pedicure experience till date.

  Things that went wrong :-

  1.- Even after having a confirmed appointment I was made to wait for half an hour.
  2.- After that half an hour I was made to dip my feet in ice cold water by a helper(who was not supposed to do the pedicure)
  3.- The staff was incapable of doing a basic filling of nails or even cut them properly for that matter.
  4.- A basic pedicure took 2.5 hours to finish!

  Conclusion :- Extremely incompetent staff.

  P.s. – Even earlier I’ve had a very bad experience with them but I didn’t post any review since the owner of the salon is very sweet. But this time I just couldn’t stop myself from doing so!

  Terrible and pathetic. Most of the positive reviews are posted by their salon academy students. BEWARE. The owner is rude and doesnt care about customer satisfaction. Hardly took 10 min for the complete haircut, which was too uneven at the ends. Flicks he cut was pathetic. You can get this same haircut in just 100 rs at any roadside salons. Do not waste your time and money here.

  this guy doesn’t know one heck about hair cutting. He keeps on taking selfies during work time and running to girls visiting the saloon. He has no clue what he is doing. If he was working in a metro city his shop would’ve shut down long ago. No skills at all.

  The haircut was good on the first visit but when I visited them 2nd time, the hair dresser was in a hurry & cut too much of my hair that too unevenly. I had requested for a short trim at the bottom but instead he cut my hair by more than 3 inches. My hair are curly and were covering the back of my neck but after the haircut, they are so short that I look like a boy now. Totally ruined my look and dint even apologize for the mistake. Would not recommend at all.
