  overall the place was nice but Issac did a terrible job on my hair. i told him i just wanted a little off and mind u my hair was like down to my nose.. when the haircut was over my hair was in the middle of my forehead. it’s uneven in the back as well. it felt like he was just kind of doing whatever he wanted. he didn’t really ask to many questions about what i wanted done but i made sure to tell him EXACTLY what i wanted. i will not be returning to him.

  Terrible experience…
  I advise anyone that plans to go to lather and fade not to book with Isaac Martinez. I asked for a side line and got a no because barber was in a hurry. I even offered a $40 tip to the barber and he said no. I also offered money to the next person in line, which they said it would be fine but the barber said “it doesn’t matter if the next person is not in a hurry because I am. I understand that he was in a hurry but if I knew how poorly he’d perform because of that I would’ve came back another day.

  I would’ve been satisfied without the line if Isaac would’ve at least done an overall good job on my haircut but he did not even clean up the front as you can see in the picture. Moreover, as I sat on the chair I showed him a picture of how I wanted my haircut and when I asked him if he wanted my phone somewhere by the mirror to look at, he said “no, if you’re looking for me to look at every little line and detail, that’s not what I do” I should’ve walked away then, but despite that I didn’t think he would do such a poor job. He may have been in a hurry, but any profesional barber would make an effort to please their client. Telling by the way my hair turned out I doubt Isaac made an effort.

  This credit is long overdue. The hair stylist Katelyn tacked a task other people were refusing to tackle I wanted to do something crazy funny and kind of tacky for a corporate work training and this was it! But everyone I called said they didn’t feel comfortable doing this. Katelyn stenciled it she said she had never had to work so hard for a design, but she pulled it off and to that I give the biggest kudos I could give. Hands down better than I was expecting and it did exactly what I wanted it to do!

  I went and got my haircut and I told the lady I wanted bangs that faded into my hair (get longer on the sides) but instead of focusing on her job she was more focused on going to lunch and gave me choppy bangs and now I’m stuck with bangs I hate not to mention she pulled on my hair a lot

  I didn’t even set foot in this place, horrible person on the phone, jesus, what time do you close? 5, ok I’ll be right there, hanged up, no answer, I don’t need a bitter resentful person to ruin my day. $17 haircut, open sunday morning, why don’t you charge $30 give your barber Sunday off, pay them more, hire a happy person, who wants to deal with an unhappy person like that???

  There is one stylist at this location who consistently makes mistakes every time they cut my hair. If it was once or twice I’d let it go. First time the whole back left side of my head was 1 inch longer than everything else. Had to put the Cape back on and get them to fix it. Two more trips back and each time the back left part of my head was almost ignored and i had to have them redo it. This last time they trimmed one of my eyebrows and forgot the other one. Another time they skipped around the ears. This is basic stuff here! I think part of the issue is that this person does the entire cut within 5 minutes. Even a high and tight like mine should take a little longer than that. Especially when they consistently forget a whole section of my head. I would hope they would take their time and do the cut correctly rather than rushing and then making me ask for it to be fixed afterward. Feels awkward when you have to do that. It makes me not want to come to this location anymore. Otherwise I have zero complaints about great clips at any of the locations.
