  I’ve been a regular customer here. Apparently they have no problem making you wait 15 minutes past your appointment time but when you are one minute past their 5 minute cutoff they will refuse to see you. I will start going elsewhere where they are more client friendly.

  Friendly but the cut was not good. I came to visit my family from Chicago and couldn’t see my barber for another two months due to him being booked. I simply wanted a fade. It was two different lengths on each side and nothing about it was faded. She said she tried her best so I still tipped. I’m sorry but I would only recommend this place if you dont really care about your cut. Two stars only because the lady honestly tried.

  Very professional and clean.
  However the prices especially for a man cut is quite high considering is was alot more affordable at one point. What all these places don’t understand is even though they all decide to sky rocket their prices our pay at our jobs don’t increase so we can afford all these updated prices 😒

  Short Version: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT NOW, DON’T LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. You can thank me later.
  Long Version: I didn’t really know what I wanted to do with my hair but I knew I wanted it to be different. I called at 4 pm and was able to snatch a spot at 5:30. I was helped by Maitraya. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me finalize my thoughts on what exactly I wanted to do., I got a few highlights, which didn’t take more than 40 minutes to put in, a quick shampoo and rinse, and I was on my way to steal someone’s woman. And here is the kicker; the price was so good I felt comfortable nearly doubling it and still tipping on top of that. All in all, a very wonderful experience.

  Very nice people at the salon and it was clean. My husband and I got our hair cut by Ron. He is a very nice man and quite personable. However, he was 20 minutes late to the appointment. We both showed him photos of what we wanted the cut to look like and discussed it prior to beginning. Neither of our haircuts were what we requested. My husband’s hair was left patchy and uneven, as well as cut way too short. My hair was cut too short, has layers in the front around my face which isn’t what I wanted, and I have a single small patch of stringy bangs where I wanted a curtain style bang. Now we both have to spend more money and go pay someone else to fix it elsewhere and then wait on the style to grow out so we can get what we originally wanted.

  DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE THICK OR CURLY HAIR. The staff was ok and nice but as soon as they saw my hair the whole mood changed. I just wanted my hair flat ironed and shampooed. On the phone I was told $35 and I ended up paying $60. They didn’t know anything about thick curly hair.

  Having just moved up here from Indianapolis I had to find the perfect place to get my hair fix up here. My mom goes here and had recommended it to me.   This was one of the worst haircut experience I’ve had – showed up a couple minutes early for my appointment, waited a half hour for the barber to finish up with the previous client (between stopping to chat and showing off golf swings). When I got in the chair, I was told he didn’t have time for my scheduled beard trim, but I did receive a rushed 15 minute haircut (guess I didn’t qualify for the 30+ minute experience). The cut was below average and not what I asked for. As an added bonus, he did clip into the sides of my beard, so I got to go trim that myself. (One would think I schedule a beard trim with my haircuts for that reason.) I came in expecting a professional experience based on Google reviews, but there are dozens of barber shops where I could walk in and get this mediocre level of service. I will not be returning.

  Two young barbers that are very serious about their craft! Super nice guys that keep a light hearted atmosphere and always send you away with a great new cut. Be aware that it’s walk-ins only, and sometimes patience is required. However, a free pool table is provided so it’s kinda just a Cool spot to hang out!
