What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. What a nice, well lit, spacious store! The employees were kind and cheery and eager to help us design our new living room. The displays were very helpful in giving us a good picture as to what our new home and office will look like. They also had a great selection of rugs in every size, shape and pattern.

  2. A pretty good mall shopping point, food court and theater. An all-in-one entertainment center for families and shoppers. There are many outlets within Macy’s which interestingly have their own separate outlets also within the same mall.A plus point is a play area for young kids also.

  3. The only wool and wool blend suits in Denver. All other Macy’s only carry poly blends, but for the same price! So go here for suiting, they have already been cherry picked for you. No plants in the store…no five stars.

  4. Basic mid to low level department store. Nothing special. They used to have too much stuff now its too empty & messy. When you walk in, nothing catches the eye. Its a big store and i understand it needs to be somewhat full but isnt there a happy medium. Not too full but not too empty either. Why not make a few changes in the lay out, display items in a more attractive manner, better distinguish the spaces and the designers. It lacks, taste and elegance but maybe that’s not Macy’s priority. In addition, i think, Macys buyers are pretty bad, merchandisers have no idea what they are doing, GM, store managers must not be coming to work at all because if they did the stores will not look like that. Most Macys stores have very poor management and terrible staff, if you can find one.
Im surprised to see that they are still in business. Having said that, Cherry Creek Mall store looks like they may be gone soon. I think Macys should really scale down, close lots and lots of stores even more than they plan to. Get rid off those lousy buyers, change their stores’ look completely, reduce some of those goof ball designers and chackas they buy. Hire less people but pay better so you can demand decent work in return. Im so tempted to work for them so I can help to save them from the ditch they are in for years. Oh Lord, sometimes, i dont want to know the solutions to these things, they are not that hard but noone does it or cant do it. Check these pics that i took today in Macys at Cherry Creek Mall. Amusing!!!!

  5. DONT COME THIS LOCATION…… the Makeup area is a sad part of this store with only 1 person to take care of all brands. I had to wait nearly an hour and I finally left.
Don’t buy makeup / perfume at this location. Macy’s is a cheap company !!!! They won’t hire more employees to take care of their customers.

Walked in at 935pm, the store closes at 10pm. From the looks and actions of every employee standing near the front entrance (maybe 6 or 7 total), you would have thought that I walked in at 8:59pm to shop for hours. I don’t think I’ve ever had worst customer service anywhere, or at any other store. It was my first visit to this location and will most definitely be my last. I didn’t get his name but the gentleman who seemed to be in charge at the cologne/perfumes area had to be the rudest sales associate I’ve ever dealt with. He made it very obvious that he didn’t want to help me. Very short, curt answers to any questions I asked. The look of total annoyance on his face any time I spoke, his body language was very deliberate in showing that he did not want to be helping me. After a few minutes of asking questions, wanting to smell a few colognes and perfumes, I basically stopped and walked away. I guess because I was wearing a t-shirt and some basketball shorts, he assumed I was poor. He assumed wrong and because of him I will be purchasing and/or shopping for colognes and perfumes somewhere else.

Placed online pickup order. Four hours later they tell me it’s not in stock, but they can order it (I had already paid)..fine, gave them my address they said they would ship it to me for free for the inconvenience. Well, they shipped it – to the store. Who then lost it or put it out in stock or who knows what. Called customer service, who told me they can’t do anything because my credit card zip code is different than the delivery address zip code (the store) so they cancelled it. Even though I have a UPS delivery confirmation with the employee’s name that received it. Problem is, they never refunded my money. So the got my $120, then sold it to someone else for $120 basically. When you go in there they just look at you like your crazy. NEVER shop at Macy’s. EVER.

I love shopping at this store. Customer service is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is pleasant, the clothing name brand, and the deals amazing. Clean dressing rooms with lots of space to move around in. I really enjoy shopping at this location

I came into purchase a couple of bras. I could not find anybody to measure me or help me sort through the inventory to get the size. I suspect I still wear. I observe one employee sitting down playing with her phone instead of helping customers. I saw another three come out of side door I’m assuming from a break. I can go to Target and shop for a lot of the same brands with no help. I did not expect that at Macy’s. I left without purchasing anything. I was so mad. The store is a virtual Ghost Town

A middling Macy’s. It’s smaller than many others I’ve been to. So there’s less to choose from. On the plus side it’s well organized and clean. The staff seemed competent. But a bit of a let down overall.

This is not a Macy’s store it is a Macy’s Customer Service/Return location! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU’RE PLANNING TO SHOP FOR SOMETHING! The closest locations for an actual Macy’s shopping store is in Cherry Creek Mall or Park Meadows Mall. Wasted my time coming here, update your photos or location name so it doesn’t confuse others!!!!

THIS IS NOT A STORE YOU CAN SHOP IN!! They really need change the name to reflect that its not a normal Macy’s- its a pick up center only, no in-store shopping.

The Macy’s that isn’t a Macy’s. This longtime large store is actually CLOSED To any public shoppers. We walked to 3 separate doors which mis- guided customers to a 4th door. We finally found an unlocked door with Small print sign “admitting” the Macy is closed except for electronic returns and orders. Amazing waste of time and gas.
