Expedite and satisfactory service. One of the other aspects I appreciate about this car wash is to see that the owner really took his time look, select and hire good , efficient, reliable, responsible and attentive employees! The only thing I’d say is they need to add a person to touch up your rims after the was.4 weeks agoOvercharging for the vacuums after you already buy even the best car wash. So lame, my bad for assuming the chain would be good in The Sound. Brown Bear sucks wherever you go, and don’t let their claim of preventing congestion seem reasonable, if you leave WA there are many chain car washes that include free vacuums, it’s part of the service!
Edit: I found a much better car wash with vacuums that are superior to and comparable in price at Airport Touchless Car Wash, here the vacuums even have carpet cleaning/shampoo service options!
3 weeks agoI have a few reasons for giving only 1 star for this business. 1) A couple years ago, I took my suv (Mercedes) here. Before I could put the side mirrors in, they pushed on them so hard they almost broke. No apology from them. 2) At a different location, I ran my same suv through and their machines not only ripped off my front license plate, but ripped off the mounting bracket too. It was very difficult and expensive to replace. Again, no apologies or attempts to make it right. 3) Today, I went through a different location for a quick wash as I injured my foot and am in a walking boot. I had a coupon for a free basic wash from a repair shop that I just received about a month ago. After giving them the coupon, I was ready to enter the wash when 2 people came out to tell me they wouldn’t accept the coupon as it’s expired. I explained I just got it, but they didn’t care. I was told I had to get out of the line. Really? It’s for a basic wash. The auto repair place buys these coupons in bulk to give out to their clients and you won’t accept them? I very rarely take my vehicles through a car wash as I usually hand wash my cars. The percentage of terrible experiences from them is pretty high at this point. I will NOT be going back.

4 months agoBeen coming here 20 years. I love how it’s touchless. Best car wash and only $11 for the cheapest. Car consistently comes out clean. After wasting money at The Wave in Frederickson, I’ve been known to drive over here to Hilltop just for a wash. Touchless is so much better for your car and somehow it doesn’t miss spots like the cloth/scrubber car washes.2 weeks agoBEWARE, if you use your credit card machine to pay for your manual wash it may not work and will take your money. I used my credit card and the car wash failed to work. $4 was removed from my bank account and I was unable to wash my car. I called the company to request a refund and they said they would investigate and get back to me. They never got back to me and I called back three more times requesting a refund and a follow-up. When you call you always get a voicemail. I did receive a voicemail from them but they never provided an extension number so I could not leave a voicemail for a specific person. It’s unexceptionable to steal money from a customer and not try your hardest to resolve the issue. This car wash also had garbage on the floors of the wash bays. I have lost faith in this company and will no longer support them. I am writing this review two months after the issue occurred, allowing the company sufficient time to resolve my concern and avoid a negative review. I hope this does not happen to any future customers. (TO OWNER: I EMAILED YOU BUT HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FOR SEVERAL WEEKS)a month agoWorked great, was happy! The machine showed it was 8$ but I checked my bank app and was charged 15, to wash my own car! That’s more then the drive threw🙃a month agoI’d say it exceeded expectations for a touch less car wash, but obviously still not as good as hand washing at home.
Great attendant, vacuums worked, wasn’t too busy for a sunny day.
5 months agoMy bf and I came here and were extremely disappointed. This was around 5:30-6pm. The self serve machine did not stop counting time the first time I pressed the stop button, thankfully I noticed eventually but not until after it ran me up to twice the amount of time I actually used the wash. There were tweakers walking around who asked us for money while in the middle of washing our cars. This place only has 2 vacuums, and they were covered in trash. My bf went over to use one, but I noticed used syringes with needles on the ground! I should have taken a picture but I was just so blown away all I wanted to do was get out of there. So we did not touch anything else and just left. So much for all the good reviews.

After driving to Kalaloch a couple times this summer, I decided it was time to go through the car wash. I’ve used their services before and was pleased with how they did.
I went two days ago and got the second to last option. I think it was the $15 or $14 one.
I thought it did pretty good since the side and rear looked decent but as soon as I walked past the front, wow. No. I’ve included a picture so hopefully it shows that the front of the car is still very dirty, including the fronts of the mirror.
Completely wasted my money here.
My car and truck were so clean going one time through the carwash I thought it looked detailed. To date, the best car wash I have found.

Here’s another business I’ve seen, that gps and Google picked up, and “suggested” a review, so from what I have seen from the street, a couple of guys, hard at work, sprays and chamois, working to make a buck. Nice clean place, people get cleaned up cars easily done and shiny!!
Car wash is not cleaning well and leavening places untouched on a pickup truck. Employees used to use brushes at pre-wash and I never had a problem with leaving with a dirty truck as much then. Lazy workers or managers can’t find good help.
Overcharging for the vacuums after you already buy even the best car wash. So lame, my bad for assuming the chain would be good in The Sound.
