a month agoThe drive-through car wash experience is still good. Quick, convenient, friendly service with the workers manning the pay area and guiding in drivers. Self-wash could be a bit stronger for getting mud from inside the wheel wells, but still a good basic wash and dry. Place looks clean as it always did befor.5 months agoNick and the other man with beautiful blue eyes (forgot your name, I’m sorry) were so very helpful as well as very informative. I felt the whole time I was in the bay that I was aware of what was going on because they would explain what they were doing, what specials I could get, what fluids were at. I was very happy with the free car wash special as well as the options available to me. Also, the timing was maybe 20 minutes total (with 1 car ahead of me). I will be back! Thank you!2 weeks agoThey did a decent job on the exterior of my car but I had to ask them to please redo the inside of the car because they left trash on my seats and the carpets still had grass, sand, etc on it. I’m not a real picky person but I do expect to get what I pay for.4 months agoI went to the Benny’s on Essen Lane today. This was the most pleasant of all the Benny’s visits ever. The last Be. Y’all experience was an huge disappointment and swore I would never go to another Benny’s again. But, my boss was paying the bill and told me to go to this specific location.
Every single person was totally exceptional. I am not exaggerating either. I got an oil change and upgraded car wash an interior cleaning. All costs were explained to me. Very personable too. Car looks great too. Definitely going to the Benny’s on ESSEN LANE in the future.5 months agoThe Bay attendant was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the upsell products. The other young man quickly rectified my issue regarding my vehicle. I would employ both of those 2 men as the face of my business. Great crew!

a year agoWe never have any problems at this location. The attendants are helpful and the car wash service is as good as any other we have been to…. You get what you pay for.. so if you choose the basic wash that’s what you get. The vacuums are great and there is lots of space to spread out and deep clean after your wash if you like.a week agoThe boys working are always so polite and helpful! I love having the towels available to wipe down your car so that it sparkles inside and out 🙂5 months agoToday was my first time using this carwash & I’ll never go anywhere else again. By far the best one in my area. Each free vacuum stall has two separate hoses (one that has the small head to get in small spaces & the big flatter one to get the floorboards), as well as an air gun to blow out all the crevices, & hand towels for you to use. Then lastly, they have a floor mat machine that also shampoos the mat while vacuuming it. Highly recommend this place. Was well worth the $11 I paid for the wash 😊4 years agoThis seems to be a pretty good car wash as well. I’ve been there a couple of times my only complaint was that I got the wheel deal and it didn’t look like it put any Armor All on the on the tires otherwise did a good job.5 months agoThe overall quality of the car wash is fine – probably 4 or 5 stars. The reason I’m frustrated is because most car washes (including this one) have always had the 2nd least expensive option be the one that has the tire shine. Well now they’ve included in their 2nd least expensive option ($11) a “wheel cleaner,” and when I saw that I thought it was the tire shine I normally get (spoiler: it’s not). Anyway, I realize some folks may say I should read more carefully, but I also think the owner knows EXACTLY what they are doing by putting “wheel cleaner” instead of tire shine. In my opinion, it’s deceptive, and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Had areas on truck body that didn’t get washed. I understand that I didn’t get out and prep the truck, I would think an automatic wash system would do a better job than this one did. Dirt shows well on a black paint job so the services obtained show the quality of the wash given.
Very helpful car wash attendants. Nice vacuums at this location. The location on Perkins Road has poor quality vacuums.
They have great service. I called and left a message on the voice-mail to cancel my membership. I completely forgot to call again but they canceled it. Now that I’m back in Lousiana I certainly will use their service.
I went to Benny’s Car Wash for the 1st time on 6/1. I just had Carple Tunnel surgery and wa not able to drive my truck through cars wash. I had the pleasure of meeting a young man named Douglass. I explained my dilemma and he offered to drive my truck for me through the car wash! I was so relieved and so very impressed with Douglas’s offer!
I would like to send this as a letter of recommendation for this young man! I consider Douglas an asset to the Benny’s Car wash family!! Douglas went that extra yar to help me and I so appreciate him!

This is my go-to car wash, I feel like it’s the best one of All the Benny’s in the area, however, I just got a full interior service and there was still sand all over the seats from the beach trip along with dog hair everywhere that they didn’t even bother vacuuming which led me to do it all over again myself. If I knew this would have happened, I would have paid $14 over $49 and did the interior myself. A bit disappointed, maybe it was just the current staff members at the time.
