3 weeks agoI was overcharged by $40.00 for “full synthetic” oil. Manager “Luis” says they’ve never had an issue in 10 years of business. All the reviews here indicate otherwise. They are scamming customers one way or another. I didn’t receive any type of compensation or apology. I was told $40 at first and it came out to $90 without my approval. What’s going on VIP ? Is this customer service ?4 months agoWent to get a simple oil change and car wash when my car was returned to me the driver side Botton on the switch was broken and the car wash wasn’t even professional still stains on the car and rugs weren’t cleaned at all I am highly unsatisfied and won’t be coming back I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!a month agoTerrible place. If you have a open box truck they will charge full price for a half done job. It will only be washed the sides and nothing else. Hood and roof will not be touch. They not even warning you that the wash will be a half done and you need to finish the hood and roof yourself

Very close minded in this businessa year agoThey’re using old oil there or I paid extra for a better one and they put a cheaper one instead. I paid for the 5 thousand miles synthetic my car asked me to change again when it was 3 thousand miles. I’ll never go back there again horrible place, horrible costumer service. Keep it your eyes open when going there. There’s a bunch of better places near to go don’t waste your money.3 months agoAbout 10 years ago, VIP employees didn’t tighten my trucks oil drain plug. I went back the same day, and VIP topped off the oil, secured the drain cap, and gave me a free car wash, which was nice to see them make me whole.
I’ve been a customer since VIP opened on Main Street in Bridgeport. Sadly, about a couple of weeks after my last oil change, I started smelling oil burning but couldn’t see from where the leak was coming from. I just spent $9000 from the dealer, and the motor was still under warranty. So I took Durango to my car dealership, where they told me that oil was leaking from the oil filter because it wasn’t secured enough. Dealership charged me $185 to clean leaked oil and gave me a new proper oil change. I went back to VIP and spoke with an employee who said he couldn’t do anything, so I called VIP and reached out to management. The manager working that day said he had to speak to his boss and will reach back to me in 3 days. It has now been 8 days,
and I’m being ignored…..Guess what, everyone!
I went back to VIP 30 days later with a different car, and the manager remembered me. He approached me to say that his boss would give me a FREE oil change on my next visit for their error on my last visit. He went on to say he tried calling me several times after I left last month. I updated my phone number with them. Apparently, they have been trying to reach me.Thank you, VIP, for remaining my favorite place!!!

4 months agoNice friendly workers. It’s not cheap about 20 bucks, but it does a good job compared to other car washes. They offer a one-time pass for a month that’s worth it. They also offer cleaning towels and window cleaner plus other products for you to use when finished. I was happy how my car turned out even though I prefer to wash it myself.a month agoBeware of the Unlimited Carwash Pass! It’s a total scam!
I had gotten the unlimited pass late last year after purchasing a new car- the one thing that sold it for me was the cheap price (roughly $19.99 or so). From what the employee told me, I was under the impression that would be the amount charged every month, but boy was I wrong. After the first month, Russel Speeders charged my card roughly $35; when I asked an employee about the sudden price change the next time I went to get my car washed- again, I was under the impression that it was a flat rate of $19.99/month- they just shrugged and said “you should’ve read the agreement that was given to you when you signed up.” Why would you not tell the customer outright when they sign up? It’s false advertising, they should be more honest about pricing! I’ve tried cancelling for the last four months now, but every time I try on the website or call, nothing happens. It’s ridiculous.
Save your money and don’t waste your time there- for the amount they charge for a monthly pass, you can easily get the products and clean your car yourself; at least then you’d know that everything was cleaned right. Their carwash is a joke, their machines don’t clean anything properly, and they overcharge you for E V E R Y T H I N G.

THERE.a month agoYou cannot just get a one-time exterior wash without having to listen to the sales pitch of membership, very pushy even when I said (multiple occasions) that I am not interested, instead the 2 attendants on duty at 1PM (June 11) proceeded to ignore the fact that I offered my credit card as payment. Absolutely horrendous attitude. Having a car wash should not be a aggravating experience and The management of Russell Speeder managed to annoy customer every time.2 months agoLove it! Love the self service, detail your car they way you want it!3 months agoLike many reviewers here, my husband went for a regular car wash and was told they were having a “special” for unlimited washes for “one month”. Ten months later, I realize that they have been charging our card every month! $31.89 every month! I do not know how this slipped my banking radar for so long. Do not go here!UPDATE: I filled out the information you requested from your website 3 weeks ago and yet you still charged my card again this month! I emailed the address given in your response. Make it right by terminating this subscription and refunding me.
UPDATE: I emailed them and they refunded me for a years worth of unused monthly car-washes! 3 stars for customer service and making it right!

The absolute “Best” Car Wash & Oil change business I have ever dealt with. I have been a Loyal customer to this establishment for over 15+ years & have Never had a bad experience. We have brought all our families cars here for oil changes & All the staff has always been polite, courteous, experienced, knowledgeable. I highly Recommend you bring your car here & see for yourself how great they are here.

The service is very bad, inside they do nothing, a good business but with a super bad service at this moment. I took my truck and they left it dirty dirty inside and out. Terrible service don’t recommend now.
No one cleans your car better than this place. We have 2 German Shepherds who travel in the back of our SUV and they got every last hair out of the car…the fur basically sticks like Velcro and somehow this place did it twice. We bring both of our cars here and they come out like new! I highly recommend this place 👌
