3 months agoI liked this car wash I even pay for the membership.. well I’m going to cancel my membership because I went through the carwash and at the end of where they dry the car it cracked my window in front of my eyes so I pulled over and told one of the employees and he said alright let’s go look and he did everything in his power to find the smallest littlest chip and blamed it on that I told him he had to be joking his car wash cracked my window and he said they are not going to be responsible for that because then he has to fix the the whole window and he shouldn’t because he it has other chips and that’s not their job also they keep breaking down and recently they haven’t been cleaning the car all that well. I canceled my membership3 months agoThe machine don’t work correctly not even on a tall or small car I went today with 3 different cars I use the 18 dollar wash and all the cars came dirty in the roof, top, bumbers and wind shield. Instead of saving time I waist money and I have to go home and wash then again.. im so disappointed of this places.3 months agoGreat place to wash your ride. Working vacuums and plenty of towels to go around. Weather is getting warmer, so the dry bays are filling up quickly.a month agoI wanted the lowest car wah and I couldn’t pick it. The machine charged me 11.00 and I didn’t get a chance to choose. I told the attendant and he said the car wash was free. I got my bill and there was a car was charge for 11.00. Beware!!!6 months agoThe people that helped awas pretty sweet. My one star is because I pay monthly for a membership and my pass didn’t work in other lanes but one and that line is always long. It makes no sense for membership holders to wait in a long line and others that pay cash have 2 lanes and moves fast. I also have not been Able to use my pass because it does not work 3 months of pay for a pass but I couldn’t use and nobody helped me till up to today. Look at my pass to believe it and you will see not used. There has to be a better process Now I sit here yes I have a video waiting for someone to give me the okay since stop sign says wait for an attendant. Again people good just need a better process and faster in helping paying customers. Thank you

4 months agoThis car wash is the best! The owner is kind and it’s always available. I don’t go to any other car wash. I’ve had no issues anytime I’ve been here. I highly recommend this place 👏 Thanks for the great service!2 weeks agoTook a weekend trip to San Diego and back and had a ton of dried bugs on the front of my car that a regular automatic car wash wouldn’t be able to remove.
I brought it here and power-sprayed it down myself, all the bugs and grossness came right off.
It’s always pretty steady and busy here, so if you’re in a rush, plan ahead. Great services and prices!
I also like that the owner takes pride in his business and always keeps everything well-maintained, and the area clean.in the last weekI’ve had great experiences at this car wash. I like that it’s always open so you can go early in the morning or late in the evening to beat the heat. The previous car wash that I went to had a conveyor belt and it damaged my reverse camera and the sensor on my trunk. I like that there is no conveyor belt on the automated car wash and you also have a do it yourself option.2 months agoReasonable prices. They get a lot of business, so there is often a wait for the auto car wash of ten to fifteen minutes. You need to get Deluxe to remove the tougher dirt. Very convenient. Self-serve wash and vacuum are available.4 months agoOlder car wash that still uses quarters for some services. I ran my truck through the “touch-less” wash and while it did a pretty good job cleaning, it took quite a long time compared to newer car wash systems. Dryer did not do a good job. Went to vacuum my truck and had to exchange dollar bill for 4 quarters for 4 minutes of vacuum time. Not enough time for larger vehicle. Overall, a nice clean facility and everything seemed to work fine but I have gotten used to newer facilities with free vacuums and free dry towels.

Scratched my new car pretty bad. Rarely anyone to help me so I would scan my barcode on my own. Tried to cancel my plan. When you call, it routes you to the website and you fill out a form that is very difficult to find on their site. It was easier to cancel with Full Circle! I even changed my bank card and still getting charges. $255 so far.
Deceptive Sales Practices: I periodically go to this car wash but not often enough to want an unlimited pass. I have always been pleased with the experience. Last month I was hounded (as always) by someone trying to sell me an unlimited plan, only this time they said they were running a promotion to get one month of washes for the price of the wash today, telling me there is no reason not to do this! Turns out that it was for more than just a month, I am being billed on a recurring basis, now at full price. I’ll find somewhere else to go moving forward.
The person over here offered me a one-time unlimited plan which expires at end of the month and does not renew. I explicitly asked him if this is subscription based as I was not interested in one. He assured me its just one time as will not charge again. Now, I am getting charged monthly for unlimited wash which I have not signed up for anywhere. I even submitted a request to cancel my membership and I was assured its done but I got charged again. These folks are frauds. Be careful!
Cobblestone is a good value car wash. They offer drying towels and vacuum.
This location has Amazing Vacuums!!! They actually work well! The air pressure guns were very low on pressure. It was a waste of time trying to use it to clean anything. BUT the vacuum suction made up for it! And the towels were Very moist and kept ready. Not dried out like a few other locations.
