2 months agoKenzie and the team are super helpful. I am moving into an apartment nearby, and I found a car wash where I can vacuum my truck out. I like how they added rags and window cleaner. The floor mat machines are wonderful when they are working.

Michael was so kind, welcoming, and helpful- he came right up to greet me and help me figure out the best wash for my car today…I always find it special when a business doesn’t just try and sell you the most expensive option! Highly recommended!2 months agoI have used many car washes in the valley over the last 5 years living in SLC and had the worst experience on 4/20/23. I drove my SUV through the car wash and it tore the bike/snowboard rack off my car and left large scratches on the left & right side as you can see in the photos. It also tore out the left & right black plastic liner on the roof, breaking the pieces. They recovered one portion of the rack but the second half was not returned to me so I now have one broken crossbar, half a snowboard rack and a damaged vehicle. I filled out an incident report on the 22nd and have not heard anything from the corporate office. I was able to view the security footage and it shows the rack being pulled off by the machine. The rack has been on the vehicle the entire time I have owned it and never had any issues with a car wash. The person I spoke with at the pay-here kiosk did not say anything about the rack being a potential issue or I would have removed it prior to going through or simply hand washed it.

I have been going to this place for years. I slipped by because I just needed to use the free vacuum. The vacuums are not free however as advertised but you have to purchase a car wash which makes them included and not free. We have a new car wash that just opened on 2100 s. I’ll bump you back up to five stars when you either change your sign or start actually offering free vacuums.
Love this place. I visit weekly. They move cars quick and staff is always courteous IF I have to work something out with them. They’ve been really fair about crediting a month where my car has been in the body shop and I couldn’t have washed it. There’s just good energy here!
Vacuums work better earlier in the day, just FYI (I guess the filters start to get plugged up the more they are used.)
This location was (up until 5 days ago) the best Mister in the city. But then some maintenance was done towards the end by the dryers and it no longer drys the car (especially the back). I went to this location specifically because it dryed your car so well, but now it’s just like the others, Dryers are no good anymore. How can maintenance make things worse?
Almost $30 for a fully automated car wash. AND THEN YOU WANT A TIP!?!? That is ridiculous. I asked what am I tipping for? The response I got was “we take turns cleaning the vacuums”. You guys “take turns” doing your jobs for general upkeep, and you have the audacity to ask for a tip. Unreal.
Awesome car wash! The staff is always upbeat smiling and friendly. The free vacuums are clutch for getting up dog fur and dirt. And doesn’t love driving through a car wash haha
