5 months agoI’ve been everywhere and couldn’t find a nice pair of black slacks that weren’t 7 inches too long and finally found a pair at Macy’s in the women’s department upstairs. 🙏 easy to get to; Only their escalators looked like they haven’t worked in quite some time. 😬 check out went fast.a month agoMacys will always be one of my favorite department stores to shop. I really like their Michael Kors selection in purses, and I always appreciate Karol and Pat’s help in the purse department. Sad that they are changing the quality of their products. I got a pair of boots for my son on Christmas, two months later they fall apart…so disappointed!! I called customer service, and they said it’s passed the return time frame. I won’t buy men’s shoes there again. As per 8/2/23 So sad, Macy’s selection and cleanliness used to be the best, especially their restrooms, now they are so dirty… compared to Walmart’s, Walmart’s are always clean and fresh.6 months agoWent there to buy a nice shirt to wear for our evenings attendance to Bruno Mars Concert. Found a nice Van Heuson blue shirt. The shirt was factory labeled as an Extra Large and as I was in a hurry we quickly went home. Upon getting ready to leave for the concert we discovered that the shirt size was wrong and it didn’t fit me. Despite getting the shirt for 70 percent off, we almost ruined our night with the incorrectly marked shirt.a month agoWe were happy to see floors 1 and 2 were cleaner and better organized than last few visits and it was nicer to shop for what we wanted. Went to 3rd floor and what a disappointment- messy, lack of stock in linens and household.a month agoAlways liked this store but not Alot of women’s clothing ,limited , very disappointed,shoe and cosmetics dept still good. The sales staff always friendly. Hopefully the womans and girls dept picks it up a pace.

3 months agoDisappointed in this Macy’s in every aspect of shopping here.If you plan on buying a dress, prepare yourself to wait 45min for a fitting room due to all those dragging dozens of formal gowns in to play dress up. None of them intended on buying anything as they clearly stated. Shouldn’t there be a limit when there’s a line and only 3 rooms? Shouldn’t there be an attendant? This is not a rare occurrence here.
When you go to check out, it’s a puzzle who can work. The cashiers at 3:30pm on Sunday May 14 were just chatting. As the line built up to 4 people the lady not working decided she could hop on a register all of a sudden. However, she didn’t ask for the next person in line. She went to the second person in line and motioned for her to come to her register. Why did she skip the next person in line? When the person mentioned she was next. The cashier said “no this lady was”. Everyone in line acknowledged the cashier was wrong. No apology just “you will be next with the other cashier”.
Once you buy a dress, prepare for the cashier to toss in it into a bag after asking if you want it hung. I answered “yes hung please.” After I told her I said I wanted it hung, she gave me the hanger.
Not returning here in the future.
a month agoGood customer service and friendly. It’s my favorite spot to get the perfume.I was there on July 7th with my boyfriend for my birthday and the surprise me with the gifts perfume. It was so nice. Thank you so much.in the last weekI got kicked out of the furniture section because I happen to look young and there were kids running around. Ma’am… I am an adult who was quietly sitting and not bothering anyone. Whatever problem you have in your store has nothing to do with me, especially since I TOLD you that I’m over 18.a month agoGreat customer service in the makeup dept. @ the Clinique counter. Quick jaunt inside, got my “Sweet Pop” lipstick, “Intense Jam” lip liner, & favorite Naturally Gentle eye makeup remover. Thanks! Will be back for this helpful beauty team.3 months agoIt is nice to have everything under one roof. However, I gave them four stars because the escalator was broken. And we didn’t see any staff (other than the jewelry counter) at all until we checked out, and we shopped for over an hour. They did not get as many items purchased from myself because I could not get answers about some of the products they offer.

What a disappointing experience this was today. Barely any staff to help, and if you don’t need help but want to buy, no one around to take your money.
I DID manage to buy shoes, but we couldn’t buy makeup and clothing couldn’t be tried on, so I pray it doesn’t need to be returned because I don’t fancy waiting another half hour to be rung up.
Stock levels in some departments looked low and I just didn’t get a great vibe from here at all. Such a shame this isn’t the fun, bustling department store it once used to be.
We were prom shopping. A little more help would have been nice, but after 15 dresses (no assistance) we found “the one” we’re from out of town and took advantage of shopping a mall with department stores we don’t have. Macy’s dress selection was very good, neat and clean. However with a 6 item limit and no assistance with finding sizes or items it could have been a more fun experience with some help.
Love Macy’s! I had to get a bunny rabbit for Easter, and they have many lovely clothes for children and everyone else!! They are all so helpful & efficient! No waiting! Love it!
One of my favorite places is Macy’s in Fashion Show Mall Las Vegas. The have a extensive selection. One of the things I like is the Men’s Store is in a separate location down the hall. Also they have a Finish Line sneaker store in their shoe department which was very convenient for me. This is definitely a vibe.
Pleasantly surprised by the big collection of plussize clothing! The store was large and therefore a bit confusing to navigate.The prices were okay too and I picked up a cute sundress on sale.
