- Reviews:Service is very slow 20 minutes to get a coffee and a bagel and they gave me the wrong bagel in thoes 20 minutes i saw : 5 customers walk away cause the line was too long , 2 mistakes plus mine. One of the staff dropped that paper wrap for my bagel on the floor she picked it up and slipped my bagel in to it while I’m looking right at her. The three Indian girl talking loud in a foreign language while 20 angry customers looking at them. No smiles just rude faces. This Tim’s needs to make changes. It’s always a unpleasant experience to go there.By hamilton baez (4 weeks ago)This is the best Tim Hortons around. It is quite busy and the staff don’t ever pause in their work. The only drawback is for people arriving by private car. There is access from both Côte-des-Neiges and the sideroad but this is the problem. The carpark is always full of people apparently suffering from medical emergencies; meaning that, they are distracted and do not park as well as would be expected. Many cabs and Uber drivers loiter here waiting for a client. I told the clerk how filthy the floor was she couldn’t care less didn’t even respond and said next please to customer behind me..this is actually disturbing since we are still living in Covid times like it or not and many places disinfect tables like at Harvey’s Mandy’s to name a few.coffee on the floor cups strewn allover will attach some pictures so you could you could judge yourself

Slow service. Not enough people behind the counter. Also, this is a picture of my toasted sesame seed bagel with cream cheese. I only saw it when I got home. Not only is it burnt but there’s so little cream cheese on it that I had to add my own to make it edible. I’m never going back to this place and if I were you I would stay away… Plenty of places within a 2 minute walk…
Service is a bit slow but you can tell the staff is working as best they can. We’re super friendly and arguably was the best Tim’s sandwich and coffee I’ve ever had.
They do everything quickly. Grilled bagels are cold almost everytime i go there. Not very clean. Location is good, right next to university and metro stop. Different to find parking.
Restaurant extremely dirty. Tables all over the place. I had to ask an employee for something to clean my table, and did it myself. Employees are inefficient and couldn’t care less about lineups. Internet not functioning (modem is broken apparently and hasn’t been fixed yet). Employees unable to speak French with customers despite this being required by law in Quebec.
