- Reviews:Unbelievably slow, day after day, 20-40 minutes in line whether it’s for lunch or for a coffee. Looking at staffing behind the counter you can see 6 people roaming around but only 2 helping customers sometimes only one. No matter the level of business staffing levels remain the same, I have see the store lined up out the door and down the street with no increase in help behind the counter. We did a city bus your that stopped at Tim Hortons and I was not let down! We don’t have any locations in Florida and being a Horton myself I’ve always wanted to try it. I’m not a coffee fan so I opted for the hot chocolate and donut holes and they were to die for! Another huge plus was everyone was so nice in there. All of the employees and the manager as well. He greeted us outside, was talking to us and was doing a great job keeping the line moving as there were a lot of us on that bus. Im so sad there’s no locations in Florida but it’s definitely a must try if you’re in a select location up north or in Canada 😀By Kellie Horton (11 months ago)Sunday, Jan.29, 2023… Not busy, only one other customer inside, already sitting, yet all the tables need cleaning! Used the washroom (2nd one “out of order”), which looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks! Once wet toilet paper, now stuck and dried in wall crevices! Sink had a layer of filth (magic eraser pls!), the toilet bowl was disgusting! I used my own Lysol wipes to clean door handle, soap dispenser, faucet handle and toilet seat BEFORE using! I would have complained to the two upfront staff who were just chitchatting, but I recalled that when I had asked for my receipt after my order (and before using the washroom), the young man was clearly annoyed and all I got was an order number… not the kind of receipt you use to go onto “TellTims”. Now the not so good part is my coffee was lukewarm which was disappointing. It stays busy in the mornings but the staff is super friendly and efficient. Very efficient way of handling with customers and even with the cranky pants too. Clean and friendly environment, and that’s probably why it is so crowded in the mornings. My daughters love to eat here. Clean Tim’s location and friendly staff! But for some reason there’s always something slightly off with the orders… whether it be no dark roast available, stale pastries, or a mishap with claiming Tim’s rewards, there’s seems to always be a minor issue with each order I’ve had here.
Went to Tim Hortons today. Thought I’d like to get an assortment of timbits. I’ll even pick some up for the receptionist… So I ordered a box. I clearly ask for a variety box. They said chocolate etc I said yes please. I would usually expect something like those white jelly filled ones , chocolate .. even the terrible cinnamon ones would’ve been a nice change. I just got two versions of white flavor.
It took so long that I just drove out before checking as you assume a variety pack isn’t that hard to do .. well I assumed wrong.
Went there today with my little one she really want donuts and I wanted coffee. at last moment found out their card machine not working and payment through App also not working and I didn’t have any cash. we went there very often I asked can I pay tomorrow I don’t have cash. they bluntly said no we have to comeback without food. I also own a restaurant, in this kind of situation we never let our customer go without food.
Very bad service.
Worst experience since the renovation happened in this store. Every single time for a cup of coffee I have to wait for 5-8 min to place an order and it takes another 5 min to get hold of the coffee cup. Especially staffs are only concerning about the drive through not the people in the queue inside the store. I am not here to spend my 15min for a coffee- Grab & Go is the concept. Ambience has given a new look to the store but as far as with service 👎🏻. Please train your staff to take orders one from drive through and then one in the store or else have separate members.
This is possibly one of the best Tim Hortons locations all across Canada very nice and your furniture‘s and very nice ambience. We really love it.
