My Donzi is literally my child! I am a travel nurse who has no one in the Mesa area. I dropped Donzi off for a stay at the pet hotel and took a trip back to Indiana to visit family and close on a home I am buying. She had developed a bit of a limp just days before I had to leave that I had been keeping an eye on. They called me when they noticed the limp had changed and she was expressing discomfort, they scheduled an appointment with OUR vet and transported her to the appointment. Donzi has a likely ACL tear. I can’t even begin to tell you how THANKFUL I am for the employees paying attention and contacting me! It makes me feel like she is in good hands and being kept comfortable until I can get back there to choose a treatment option for her!!! Thanks so much to all the staff at Petsmart hotel!!!

EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE!!! I have had the worst week with my dog due to health concerns, and tonight was really hard. I drove to three different stores to get her prescription food, and finally found a case of it here. Then Lisa happened- she was my cashier, and has the absolute nicest, bubbliest, empathetic personality I have ever encountered. She was so incredibly sweet, and went above and beyond to make my experience so pleasant. If she isn’t a trainer for customer service in this store, she needs to be made one immediately, because she demonstrated it at the highest level tonight. If someone in the company reads this, please make sure she receives every bit of recognition and reward you can offer! I will now be driving 30 minutes past two other PetsMart stores to shop at this location exclusively. Lisa, you’ve made a lifetime loyal customer out of me – thank you so much for taking care of me!
Clean well stocked , good variety to look at , well selection of each isle for each type pet. Reasonable price if not a wee bit high, although they Typically will have what you’d searching for plus if you got questions about dogs food or bring in store your fur companion….to let them pick toys or get a milk bone treat…there free just ask cashier bc they keep them right there at check out. 0p0
I went to quickly get an ear mite treatment for my dog just in case she has ear mites. The lady I asked to show me where the treatment was had a flippant attitude and blurted out some other options along the way after saying only hospitals can provide ear mite treatment. Then there was only one ☝️ check out line open, they had to do a price check for the customer in front of me, and then I was hassled for opting to not provide my phone number. I don’t need a membership! Why am I being badgered as if my decision is bad. I won’t lose the receipt if I need to return the product. Geez. 😒 At least they had the product. Hence 2 ⭐️s and me being gracious.
