The greatest pets there who always love attention. Thank you.By Robert Shouse (7 months ago)DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO GET GROOMED HERE. Danielle B traumatized my dog. She shaved half of his cut off and claimed he was being aggressive, but when I picked him up he was shivering in the corner as if she abused him. The entire time from when I dropped him off to when I picked him up she was incredibly rude and condescending. My dog has been groomed numerous times and never had a problem until her.By Zach Wilmoth (4 months ago)All the animals seemed to be well cared for. There were people there upgrading the fish aquariums looked like. They had some cute turtles that tried to bite my kid’s finger through the glass and he loved that. ????By Cosmic BLAZE (a week ago)Took my dog to get groomed today. The groomer was nice and did a great job! He was fast friends with her. He wasn’t even overly anxious like with previous groomers. I read the bad reviews, but I didn’t listen. Glad we went. And the price was $56. Worked well for my dog and my budget.By Christina Dempski (4 months ago)Got some food for Charlie! Shes loveing it! - Reviews:This place is wonderful! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and care about the animals. The animals are well kept and their spaces are clean. We adopted two beautiful beagle sisters here and are so thankful for the experience. Would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a furry friend.By Jessica B. (a month ago)I have adopted here a few times over the years. The folks that work here care about their furry residents. I went in for a visit to check out the current adoptable furry critters. I didn’t adopt any of them that day. The animals here are well taken care of and the kennels were extremely clean. If your looking for a furry family member. Check them out you never know who you might meet.By Roxanne Wood (2 weeks ago)Bubbles is a amazing baby girl, the staff was very friendly and was very helpful with all of my needs thanks for your amazing service ????????????????????????By Timothy McDaniel (a month ago)They take care of the animals looking for their forever homes and it’s the only place I’ve been to where they work with them on training. They have a great program where volunteers can come walk them and play with them or actually take dogs out “on the town” which is something I’ve never seen before. It’s a great program that I wish was more popular at other shelters. I was very fortunate that I adopted my sweet girl right before the COVID-19 outbreak and she’s been in quarantine with me. I’m not sure what I would have done without her! We’ve taken lots of walks and she loves to go in the car. As you can see, she’s not spoiled at all! I am extremely thankful for her and I recommend going to find your fur-babies.By A Bramhall (3 years ago)Animal control did jack squat in my neighborhood with a loose dog, despite that multiple people called in concerns. The house has trash all over the place, the dog jumps the fence every chance it gets, tears up trash around the neighborhood and ruins gardens. The dog is not friendly to other dogs, knows no manners, doesn’t even respond to its own name, and chases after cars. The owners only seem to care when the authorities show up. I thought animal control is supposed to care about animals safety.By Jay Berberick (a month ago)

My daughter and I had a great experience today. One of the workers actually fed the lizards and other reptiles while we were there. That was very educating for her to see. The stores kept very clean and we found everything that we needed easily. Such a wonderful store. The kittens look healthy, hug fish selection, and you can tel that all pets live coming here.
This store overall is pretty messy. So many empty spaces on the shelves, too. Even the small crickets for feeding are out of stock. The three stars are because the staff is friendly.
Side note, if you need a groomer, ask for Terry! He’s the very best.
I was mortified when I picked up my golden doodle. He was neutered last month and had his first grooming since wearing onsie. We specifically told them not to cut his fur too short. This poor baby was shaved to his skin. On top of that charged extra for combing. I have never been so angry. The clearly have no clue what they are doing. Below are pics from today and what he looked like prior. Aweful!!!
Nice place. Most workers where polite. The ones helping get animals out of cages need to be gentle. One worker took a good angle and was polite to my kids. Showed them some cute dog toys. We walked out with 3 unexpected toys 🙂 That lady was good at her job and sales.
The PetSmart staff is friendly and fun to chat with. We talk cats, dogs, and frogs. They are also knowledgeable and cost conscious when making suggestions. One of the staff members even suggested to ‘sponge bath’ Haden’s frogs. ????????
We all love it! ????????????
