What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I’ll just start this review by saying I read reviews before I go to stores that are standalone. So I read the reviews for the woodlands location and decided to avoid that location because of way too many negative reviews concerning race. So, I end up at the city centre location. Walk-in on a Wednesday 01/04/23 at about 1:15pm so store is not busy at all. There was a total of three customers not including myself. A woman being serviced at the counter and two ladies together that I thought had been assisted (come to find out they needed additional assistance). Three employees standing near the entrance two gentleman and a young lady. All three look up as I enter but continue with their personal conversation. No greeting or anything. I did have a return but I saw 3 pairs of shoes that I wanted but neither of the three attempted to assist me or the ladies that needed additional assistance. One associate was checking out a customer at the counter. Another young lady came from the stockroom to assist me while the other three associates stood at the front and continued their conversation. Now the young lady that assisted me was pretty nice and polite. At that point though I don’t even want to spend my money in a place where I can’t get at the least a smile or a head nod when I enter the store. Return is processed, when leaving the store I literally had to say excuse me because the three associates are still standing at the front of the store having a personal conversation about another associates pay. I don’t think it’s a race thing with this location as with the woodlands like the other reviews mentioned because two were AA and one was Latino. I just think they don’t care which is weird because I think these type of retail jobs maybe commission based or maybe they aren’t and that’s why there is no sense of urgency to assist customers. This store is nice, clean and has plenty of merchandise. However, customer service is subpar. I’ll stick to ordering from the app.

  2. This Nike location was the best I have been to. They were not that busy and provided the best customer service. The shoe we wanted was not in store, but they offered the option of ordering and made it exceptional easy! Mario gave us superb service and answered all our questions! WAY TO GO!! We will be back for sure!

  3. I would never have guessed you could have such a positive experience at a Nike store, but Haili made it happen. You can tell she’s super passionate and knowledgeable about the products. Oh and the fact that they can check you out from a tablet anywhere in the store is totally foreign and unique to me.

  4. Very unprofessional customer service. I was trying to do an even exchange, same pair of pair of shoes just 1/2 size different. I didn’t have the receipt I understood the policy but one cashier was happy to doing the exchange and then another associate interrupted him (Mikalya) and told him they cannot do the exchange. I have worked in the retail so I understand policy but her reasoning was not written and based on judgement. I asked to speak to the manager she said she is the highest ranking personnel and no one can override this, I asked for her business card and she gave me someone else’s business card, (Todd) when questioned this and her reasoning for the continuation of lies based on judgment and not written policy another associate interrupted with another lie.
I understand policy and I understand discrimination and unprofessional, this was very embarrassing interaction as it was displayed as if I didn’t but the pair of shoes, again I just wanted an even exchange of the exact same product. If your associates are going to lie to customers at least get them all on the same page.

  5. The staff is really friendly and attentive to all the guest. Wow! The guy who attended me was more than wonderful 😌☺️
