What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Small place, only had one person at checkout. Not that many customers at the time. The guy at check out scanned my stuff look very irritated and have to go back to the dairy section just to be able to scan my milk… Which you forgot to load back it to the cart. I would drive back to the store to get it, but that’s too much of a hassle

  2. I LOVE ALDI! If you’ve never been there, they have a) the best prices because of their sales & marketing & how they set up their merchandise. They are no frills, but their products are great. Take a quarter to get your shopping basket…you get it back when you return your cart. How’s that for smart? Good Housekeeping gave their chicken their stamp of approval. A lot of their brands are from companies you may not have heard of, but they’re good quality. They don’t have as many employees as other stores, but they are very efficient. The only thing that holds up the checkout lines is when the customers are slow with their payment…seriously folks, have your payment ready. Bring your own bags, or you can buy some at the store. Be prepared to save money.

  3. In my opinion, Aldi is one of the best supermarkets. A number of items made in Europe are available at reasonable prices and the prices are relatively low. Compared to other markets, fruits and vegetables are cheaper. As far as I’m concerned, the only downside I could see there is the lack of wide choice and limited availability.

  4. The lines are usually long with only one or two checkers. The prices are reasonable. Selection of products available varies, depending on if you go in early in the week or later. Plenty of parking for disabled.

  5. Store has gone downhill. The cart stall areas are usually really filthy. Most times there are no cart wipes or disinfectant. Lots of the produce and fruit are old or in poor condition. The new cashiers tend to be friendly, but the manager and the employees who’ve been there awhile are not. On Wednesdays, their main day for sales, with the exception of the new specials for the week, items are usually not fresh. You’ll find about 20 boxes of eggs and behind them you’ll see the new cart still wrapped in plastic. Pay attention to the register because some discounted items ring up at full price. Prices on most things are on par with Walmart. I’ve started to shop at HEB because everything is fresh and they have lots of specials. Aldi’s Italian pasta is 50% more expensive than the one at Trader Joe’s. The bargain wine at TJ’s is only $0.50 more and it’s of a better quality.

Great everyday in & our shopping, fresh produce’s, meats, milks of any kind, daily breads as well! Clean atmosphere, no goods of any kind on the floor or burst opening! You can find what you’re looking for, they’re lots of varieties to choose from.

There were instances of exceptional customer service that made up for other disappointing encounters. The facility was clean and well-maintained, but parking was always a challenge. Prices were on the higher side, but the efficient organization of products made shopping easier.

Garbage! No concept of customer service from top to bottom. An employee actually started an argument with me and tried to instigate a fight with me! The store is so poorly laid out and the product is thrown on the shelves. Making locating a product even more difficult. If you’re like me, not in the habit of carrying cash, no shopping cart for you, unless you want to bum a quarter. No shopping bags provided. I don’t shop here, I was picking up a door dash order. I don’t buy extra bags to just give away to door dash customers. That is supposed to be provided by the merchant. If Aldi doesn’t wish to provide basics from any other grocery stores, they shouldn’t offer their services on third party applications. I am so glad I don’t shop here and after today, I never will. I will also tell everyone I know to never go here. I advise you all to take heed my warning. Don’t shop at Aldi’s!

I love this Aldi. Like most, the produce is very limited, but they have all that I need. The prices are good, and there’s something relaxing about less choices. I love being able to make it through every isle in less than 20 min. They also have the best mandarins in town 😅. All jokes aside, the envy apples are the best I’ve ever had.

I love that I get to pack my own bags bc nothing gets smashed or forgotten about. I put all of my cold items together. The Store: Nothing fancy, no cute end-cap displays, just simple displays with the products. The prices are fabulous as well.

Always love shopping at Aldi, can find unusual items, great sale prices and friendly helpful staff. Remember to take a quarter for the shopping basket, this helps to keep people from leaving baskets all over..you get your quarter back when you put carts back in place! And take shopping bags!

Bypass this place…I don’t like Connie’s attitude towards blacks and I don’t like the girl she hired…I asked for her help because my cart had a large item on it and the darn cart locked on me outside in the middle of the parking lot. She’d like oh go to the front and rang for a manger…girl what! The people are busy checking out people while you are wiping down coolers… She then proceeds to raise her voice. I say don’t raise your voice at me. The reason why I’m standing here looking at you cause your response is trash. Nice guy helps me out. However, I paid with my credit card, and the manager wants to refund me on a gift card. I looked up the policy and read it to them. Please stop trying to treat black people horribly while generously accommodating whites…like girl if that’s what you have to do for this lil manager job…live a lie and sell your soul do it …on your books with Jesus

Nice place but they need more than one register open. The line be way to long for just one. That’s the only thing that always makes me upset. If your in a hurry don’t go here or you will be late.

Great place to shop. Great prices, and good food quality. They need to keep more of the best selling wines in stock.
