Went to them to get car stereo , which they installed. The only thing is you have to make an appointment with them. I’m an satisfied customer. I recommend them if your looking for something to be installed. First I had a small hiccup with the free installation included with my stereo I got for Christmas. I was helped by Eduardo R. And several others who worked expeditiously to right the issue and get everything situated with my installation appointment! I was blown away. Then when I came in for the install by the Geek Squad I was helped by Mario P and Terry who were able to make two installation appointments (one for speakers one for the stereo) condensed to one! I was very happy and impressed with the clarity and helpfulness with the whole process. They explained what I had bought and what they would need to do to add extra tweeters in the back with ease. Everything including the back up cam and steering wheel controls works as promised!! I’m enjoying bumping my tunes a whole lot more and I was even assisted finding options for upgrade for the future! While looking at the TVs I was immediately helped by Michael L, he was so kind and efficient. He helped me set up a payment plan and made the whole process quick and easy. He was very nice to talk to and a great help with taking the TV out to the car. Great experience I will definitely be returning and asking for Michael!By Yazmine Montero (3 months ago)I went in to buy a computer which I already knew which one I wanted because you had a flash sale. I got to the computer department and, as usual at this location especially, an employee saw me and didn’t approach me. I finally approached him and asked if I could ask him a couple questions. He answered them and I said let’s do it. He rang me up and didn’t even say thank you. I realized just recently he never even asked me about an extended warranty and an antivirus. Basically he just rang the sale and he was done with me. I was literally in and out of the store to spend money on a computer in about 8 minutes. Granted I did not spend a ton of money on this computer because I’m not using it for work but just for basic things but it was still like $300 on sale. To some that’s like no money but to some of us it can seem like a lot of times. I’m getting to the point that I’m tired of being ignored when I walk into stores and want to spend money so I might as well spend the money online with places like Amazon in the future. That can certainly affect a business like Best Buy But I don’t know if Best Buy cares. Ever since the overhauled the entire company several years back getting rid of music and the rest of it for the most part it’s gone downhill. But I gave a chance this time and made a purchase. Best refurbishment…looks new!! My old leather sofa and loveseat..like new, so so pleased! Beautiful, so comfortable now..This really was more reasonable than buying a new sofa at $5,000….best money Ive spent in a long time! Went across the street and they had every monitor in stock and even open boxes at good prices. That’s why u don’t go to Best Buy

However, the young lady that helped me at this store made sure they had it. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. When another staff came to ask me if I needed help, he told me again they didn’t have that tablet anymore and told the young lady not to bother to look for it. Then, she said, “we just received a shipment and we have 5 in stock.”
So, thank you young lady for going the extra mile to assist your customers! This was not a holiday shopping experience it was a personal shopping experience. EASY CURBSIDE PICKUP!
Online order ready for pu in under 24 hours. There is a longer than anticipated wait in your car after checking in on your phone. It could be because this store is always very busy when I visit it outside or inside.
HINT: When I order stuff via home delivery “not too shabby”! Arrives usually within a couple days. Saves time driving to the store & waiting…
DOWNSIDE: Not close to any freeway. Other local BB’s closer to freeways, especially I215 Arroyo Crossing store on S. Rainbow.
Many online sales of name brand electronics throughout the year. Most everything eventually goes on sale or has their “thirty day price match guarantee”.
I shop regularly with BB mainly online when sales are good.
When I have needed Geek Squad help the team usually progresses fairly quickly to achieve desired results; whether repairs or replacements.
Want to ask about a laptop, dispite 3 shop attendent walking by, they will not help because only one special guy is allowed to help. It’s been an hour and counting. My visit is at Jan 11, 2023, 2:30pm.
Bought a single item and languished in customer service/ checkout line.
Very few customers Sunday around noon.
Single employee seemed to be “ quiet quitting”
I finally dropped the toner with security and left for home.
Safely in my easy chair I dialed up MR AMAZING. Delivery is early next week to locker at Albertsons off east Charleston around the corner from my residence
I am heavy Amazon buyer but wanted to start shifting purchases to local outfits.
So got dressed, got the car out, braved the heavy and always dangerous often deadly Vegas traffic, parked the new car where chances of a ding were less and entered store. Big clean bright well lit store with lots of security. Issue is customer service
The BEST BUY store in San Francisco where I recently got a Best Buy credit card when purchasing large appliances were far and away the better employees.
They were instrumental in getting me back to considering local buying.
The difference between employees at San Francisco-SUPERIOR, and Maryland parkway, strongly suggests the problem is management, not workers.
Unable to compete on price, selection, and delivery, only excellent customer service will keep this store – and chain- afloat. They are on a dangerously glide path to irrelevancy, there to join so many other failed big box stores!
Poor Customer service. The guy looked at me then looked away. There were no other customers in the section at the time. Between 200pm and 300pm. I wanted to look at the Google phones. Lastly the clerk walks by me futhering to ignore.
