4 months agoEverything here was great except the lack of baby spinach. I was shocked that they sell everything including but not limited to shoes. Kroger is gonna give Walmart a run for their money. Place was clean, well stocked (except spinach) and was easily navigated. Parking was good. Checkout process was smooth and nice not having the Walmart greeter chasing you down to verify your purchases. Will return for sure.a month agoQuite possibly the best looking Kroger in the Kroger family (And I’ve been in a LOT). Needed to rave: well stocked, sale prices noted correctly with their related items, clean, bright interior.. wins all around. The thing that puts them over the top is the team. I was greeted several times and overheard others helping customers. it was a fab experience, well done!a month agoIt’s a marketplace Kroger so it has a lot more than the other Krogers near by. This location has toys, clothes and the typical groceries. The deals each week are a hit and miss. Sometimes you will get really good ones other weeks not so much. I wish they still had the icee machine that they used to, it was awesome being able to get a slushie every time I went shopping. Many people have said the sushi is incredible at this location and it is very fairly priced. I have noticed that some of the products that are at other locations, are not available or even carried at this one. I am surprised because I figured since they are both Kroger they would carry the same grocery items.2 weeks agoNormally a good experience at this Kroger been coming here for 3 years , went in 8/28/2023 did a little shopping, got to the new self checkout the one that has the belt , a lady was in front of me and she had her on reusable bags , the Kroger employee that was taking care of that lane and the normal self checkout lanes went over and started bagging for this lady and was just tossing items in her bags and then just throwing them in lady’s buggy , the customer looked back at me and went over and ask the cashier to let her bag and put the items in the buggy .. well was my turn and as usual I scanned all my items first then I scanned beer , the cashier came over grunting and ask for ID , I gave her my ID and she kept trying to scan it and it wouldn’t scan so I ask just punch my birthdate in like everyone else here does and she said no it has a crack and we can’t except your ID so I replied it gets excepted every week , she said well wait , went over to another cashier and was complaining about my ID so that cashier came over and said Kroger could not except it !!! So I went to customer service and was waiting saw the 2 cashiers together and then a manger went over to them , then he came to me , I ask why can’t you take this today it’s a valid ID , he said we just can’t ,I was about to ask him if I could go get my passport and he said if you ask another question I will physically have you removed from this store . The whole time covering his name tag with his hand !!
Of course I called corporate and they acted like normal they don’t care
I spend over 2k a month at this location and this is what customer service has came to!!
I’m 55 years old , so not a kid trying to get alcohol
2 months agoThis is a very nice store. However, if you visit in the mornings, the isles are congested with pallets of product and stockers. It makes it difficult to shop, and sometimes you can’t even get down an aisle.

2 months agoClosing time says 11pm but there’s always someone waiting at the door around 10.45pm saying they’re closed. Waste of time and gas money. Correct timings should be updated not leading to customer dissatisfaction and frustration.in the last weeka fairly quiet store,consistently clean, productive workers and yummy sushi!! definitely the best kroger in the city5 months agoSpoke to Jonathan, “supervisor”, from customer service. We are traveling from Ohio to Indiana and needed to order groceries. After 4 hours, we were still not able to complete the order. He was not at all empathetic or apologetic. He was incredibly rude. He told me he would cut me off. Joke’s on him. I cut him off first! After many years of Krogering, in-store, pick up, delivery, you name it, this was the “help” we got – Jonathan who couldn’t care less that we were loyal customers. Previous supervisor offered a credit. When asked, Jonathan flatly and curtly said no credit would be issued. It is beyond comprehension how such an individual can fully represent a company with a variety of completions where inventory is plentiful. Very disappointing after being customers for so, so long.5 years agoGreat for shopping . Lots of great deals . They are good about marking their food down very friendly and helpful. Great looking Produce , Deli , Meat , and Bakery . I think it may be my new place to do all my shopping all the time. I also love they they have different size packages also.3 months agoKroger has almost everything that you would need from a store! Love the quality of products but the PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS!!! YOU ARE ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE STORES AROUND!!!! WHY??? WE KNOW YOU DON’T PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES WELL AT ALL!!!!!! LIKE MOST OF THEM ARE TEENAGERS THAT STILL LIVE AT HOME!!!!!

This is my go-to grocery store. I can usually find everything I want and the staff are very friendly. I love using digital coupons and racking up those fuel points for a discount there as well. They also periodically send me special coupons in the mail tailored just for me and my family. Highly recommend!

The aisles are narrow and tall. You’re always in someone’s way. Huge curbside pickup fulfillment carts block the lanes. The prices are more expensive than competitors. Most of the bakery goods expire tomorrow. The self checkout machines are terrible. You can’t scan a heavy item like dog food and put it back under your cart. The employees were really helpful but everything else sucked. Kroger as a corporation sucks. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
I will never shop here again! After looking for Velveeta cheese for 10 min and not finding it, I asked someone who was stocking cheese where I could find it. She ignored me, so I thought she didn’t hear me and asked again. She says “It’s on an end cap – just look for it!” And proceeded to walk away. Gosh, I thought that’s what I had been doing before I asked her! She needs to be fired.
This Kroger branch has best Sushi! Amazing collection of flowers and home plants. Their cheese collection is good.
