Usually a great discount store for apparel and things you want for the house.
But this time both restrooms were closed. There were at least six ladies needing to go; just while I was looking at merchandise near the restrooms.
Also, the first cart I got would not roll because of the lint around the front wheels. The second cart also had a lot of lint around the wheels, but at least it rolled.
Only one cashier? Really? During the busy holiday shopping? While there were a bunch of employees in the back room…
Great prices and selection, HOWEVER, shopping here is similar to experiencing a fever dream from which you can’t wake. Clutter everywhere, unfriendly employees, closed fitting rooms 90% of the time, understaffed registers that result in VERY long waits, screaming children, and an endlessly blaring security alarm that invites a headache. By the time you leave you’ll have a nervous twitch, but you’ll save a bundle of money.
I work for ross and this is the worst job and place I ever haved dealt with I have witness discrimination tours costumers disrespect from the store maneger to her workers and even seen people get fired from her lien fabricating false accusession I look forward on leaving this place since I tryed calling colporate and HR and yet nothing gets done I don’t advise anyone to work here at ross located on lima rd this place can suck the life out of you and if u are of color or a difrent race please be careful
So I love the clothes I love everything about it except the entire time I’m shopping a alarm is going off. Multiple shopping trips, a alarm attached to your fragrances very annoying. No body does anything to stop it.
Nice experience, easy fast checkout for a weekend. Cashier was friendly. I wish they had more selection of jeans .
