a month agoDebbie! Who normally doesn’t do the florist counter was Amazing!! I came in today 8-5-23 around 1:30ish and she was the very best ! So kind , helpful and just all around a great person. I got lucky they had the sweet 16 balloons I have been looking for! She came over and instantly was so helpful. Made sure I was able to get all of them in my car . Even asked if I had my keys out and was ready to go! I appreciate your kindness so much! I highly recommend this Kroger . And if you see Debbie in produce know , you are around a great person who cares . Thank you again!! Love Ashleya month ago07/21/23: Seafood counter open but no one to be found. Waited 6 minutes, then decided to walk to front to request a team member, returned to counter when a team member emerged from back while staring at phone ignoring guests at counter waiting. Finished shopping, over flowing cart, arrive to front, only one cashier, had to self check over $200 in groceries.in the last weekOne of the nicest Krogers around, be aware however that this location does not have a pharmacy.2 months agoi like this store because it is clean and line is usually short. They never have enough baggers working. The bottle room is a joke! Went there today and all (4) but the glass bottle machines was broken/down. Not one bagger checked the machines the entire 20mins I was in there. Pressed the call button and still no one was sent. Finally I just called the service desk from my cell phone and was rudely told that they have no one to look at it. It’s a Saturday!!!! How do you not have enough baggers?
Terrible to be brief, one cashier, no baggers empty shelf for popular item. No consideration for the elderly or handicapped? Time to find a different store.
07/22/23: Deli closed at 3:45p on Sat. Entrance, carts, and bottle return area is filthy! Interior construction obstructing access to front of store.
I love shopping here! They have quality products.
There was a mix up with my pick up order. Jacob made it his mission to track down the customer who had my order and she came right back to switch it. Kevin, the manager was amazing. Very apologetic and very kind. Mistakes happen but it’s how you make them right is what matters to me. Could not speak any higher of Kevin and everyone in the store going above and beyond for me! Thanks y’all!
