a year agoTerrible unprofessional staff. Not well trained and refuse to correct their errors. Very few goo service employees most are No service oriented staff. 3 out of 4 times ordering, the order was not correct, and when get home and realize they’ve made a mistake, you call and call and call and you may or may not get anyone to answer the phone. The manager is rude and would not make the orders right. Bad bad service. Orders 2 Three piece all white chicken dinners, got 2 pieces instead but paid for 3. Another time order a 8 piece bucket, got 3 Thighs instead of 2 breast (only got 1 breast). They did not make either order correct. They do not care.a month agoThe food was hot and delicious, the service was a little slow. BUT other than that, everything was wonderful. Keep the good work up.a month agoI just ordered a fill up box online and when I got to the restaurant to pick up my food, I was told there weren’t any motored fries which isn’t really a big issue. The problem I have is not putting all of my chicken in the fill up box so that u can feed my kids!!! I tried to call the restaurant and no one is answering the phone. They are closing soon so I will be there when they open to receive my chicken that was missing from my fill up box.3 months agoStore was very clean. Employees were very nice. We got the 20$ fill up and it was hot and delicious.

a month agoI’ve stopped here a few times and all I ever get are the chicken littles. There’s an older lady that I’ve met each time at the drive thru and she’s always in a pleasant mood and friendly. Honestly, I look forward to seeing her whenever I go lol.. I’ll have to say that last visit was a little off bc they gave me the chicken littles with the bun soaked in buffalo sauce but the chicken was dry. It’s the first time I’ve had them spicy. That ain’t right, right?😅in the last weekI went to the KFC and ordered the potpop. To my surprise, there was barely any vegetables abd there something that looked like burnt(black)very thin strips of chicken. The so call chicken was so black it looked like it was mushroom with chicken skin. I started no yo say anything, but I spent my money on this and have had a better experience and multiple locations; except this one so I went inside.When I addressed to everyone who I think was the manager, He stated that the reason the skin was inside of the pot pie was because it’s part of the chicken and I told him that was nasty, and that I had never had that at any of the other locations. So he offered to fix another one. but it was gonna take 22 minutes. Then II asked for my money back and he told me. I didn’t bring him back anything( It really wasn’t anything to bring back. Since it was barely anything in the pot pie….I ate the crust and some of the vegetables that was in there.) so he couldn’t give me a refund. I will never go to that location again.3 weeks agoThis place is in over their head. Fast food takes a lot of concentration. These folks do not keep up. I spent $52 including tip for three items via Door Dash. All 3 were wrong. The large pints of Cole Slaw I needed most were only half full, at six dollars each. The BBQ sauce pouches came as honey mustard rather than barbecue. And the wings were ordered original style but came as high calorie crispy style. Making mistakes that involve a delivery service hurts the whole community.I think the problems here exist on a managerial level. One time I was refused service there because I looked mad. I wasn’t mad at all and they threw out a good customer by pre-judgeing. Spend some money on someone with some leadership ability.
2 months agoSo I ordered the fill up box online to pick it up. I arrived at the store and the order wasn’t ready. The cashier at the time was name Tristian and he was really rude to the old men that was ahead of me. He didn’t want to give them their change or receipt. He then proceeds to give me my food and I checked it to make sure it was right. I told him my fries were cold and he proceeds to say “idk what’s wrong with your taste buds but they fine to me”. So I give him one to try and he says they hot to me. I say well they not hot and I will wait for some. He then gets an attitude and tell me I’m doing too much. I told him he should never argue with a customer because they are always right and to just go get his manager. He proceeds to say customers are wrong and say I’m doing too much and I need to shut up and everything else. He should be fired for his actions. He was literally rude to everyone who was ordering and quick to pop off at the mouth.a month agoCorporate: Spare this community and shut this place down!! Worst experience ever. I ordered a 2pc. original and they give me what looked like a soggy extra crispy chicken. The breading didn’t even stay on the chicken, the box already broke through due to the hot grease in the bottom. The people working there have the worst attitude, very rude. KFC was never, EVER like this. Shut this place down!

Tried mobile order the whole point was to get my order FASTER, but when I arrived to pick up my order nothing on the shelf. Had to wait 10 minutes for a staff to ask my order and another 20 minutes to get my food. And this is what I got!! RAW CHICKEN!! Only had 6 wings combo and this is ridiculous! All of them were undercooked and literally RAW! Had to throw them away. Never coming back to this location!!! 😡
As I pulled up to the drive through speaker box, Ms. Sylvia gave me a very kind greeting. She took my order in such a polite and hospitable manner.
A gentleman served my food, then I asked to meet her. A warm greeting at the drive through window, we got to exchange our love for dogs. It was nice to interact with someone who really loved their job.
She has been at this KFC location for 3 years, and with the company longer! I hope to see her again next time I stop by 🙂
We just had a taste for KFC chicken. So, we stopped in at the KFC near Dairy Ashford & Westheimer Road. We noticed the Manager Monica East, and how she was speaking with a kind voice to each customer and employees. Her and my wife really had great conversations. The store was clean and smell like someone was cooking some good fried chicken. The outside area was clean as well.
We just wanted to give Monica her recognition for making our lunch date special with great service. Continue to do great work with kindness and great communication.
Chicken is good. Lots of good options for sides. Biscuits are great. Lots of the nearby restaurants are dry and flavorless. Kfc has definitely increased their prices a lot making it much less desirable and I order it a lot less now.
Really unfortunately. For the way you deal with the customer. You have the duty to guide the customer and give the best service. Not by talking waving. I suggest that you do not buy food from this branch
