  Large & has everything: pharmacy, gardening (including flowers), toys, automotive center, etc. Staff was helpful in pointing us towards the right place. The large building is a good place to walk around in the cool air conditioning in the summer. Was very busy on Sunday in the mid-day. A lot of people were not wearing masks even though the COVID delta variant is causing a dramatic rise in cases.

  They are awesome ,I got some delicious green grapes,sweet and juicy 1.88 a pound for my little 1 and 1/2 year old granddaughter she loves them,a nd some cute stickers for my 10 year old one,very happy 😀👍👍👍

  All Employees were very helpful & knew exactly where I could find all the things that I was looking for… not only that but took me to the product…WOW, also I just had knee replacement & the employees at the exit went far & above the roll… they saw I was waiting for my ride & brought me a CHAIR…AMAZING JUST AMAZING.✌

  I had bought a couple items I needed to return. I could only find one receipt so as you the balance of one return was put on a store gift card. No biggie. I did my shopping and went to pay and use the card I had just received and it wouldn’t work for the life of me. One employee tried to help but couldn’t figure it out and then Sharon swooped in like an ANGEL. She went above and beyond to get the problem resolved without me having to stand in another long line at customer service. She was gracious and kind and really made my day. These 5 stars are for her.   Don’t order curbside at this location they suck. First they were late on “preparing” our order. Then I had to call them after 20mins and they said it was probably going to be another 10-15mins. However now we are sitting at 45mins and still haven’t gotten our stuff. There was like two other people here so why is it taking so long! Never shopping here again. Edit… I just called them again and now they are saying they are looking for our order. Saying they can’t find an order?!?! So why did we get the message that the order was ready to begin with.

  Says they close at 11 and it’s actually 10. Staff was extremely rude because i asked them to unlock the glass for me to grab one item real quick.

  Uffff I was head over heals for
  Walmart+. Hate their groceries but love the convince. Today was a horrific experience. The call center, the walmart + department and the store were the worst experience I’ve ever had. All of them. Ordered for delivery at 12am the night before for 9-10am and here I am at 9:26 outside walmart trying to pick up my own groceries set for delivery and they can not come outside to deliver then because they’re not ready.. 22hrs ago I places and order and it is not ready. Pay better and get more employees. They are all hard at work, that my order isn’t ready is your fault for not having competitive pay and employing sufficient staff for the amount of work handed.

  Really big. Hard to find razor. Have many people but not enough weird ones. Only saw one person in bedroom slippers, but they were big and blue and fluffy, so not a bad spotting. Many many items for selling. Have some people outside who look homeless but maybe they have a small tent house somewhere. Easy to view mountains. Staffs are polite. Have parking lot.

  Well organized being fresh fruits and veggies always to your right and Beauty housing to your left. Seasonal decorations for holidays with great selection and always specials on candies chocolates 🍫 all year long. The self check out is pretty fast move fast since has more cashiers . I like it helpful staff

  This Walmart is pretty consistent with the availability of products on shelves, cleanliness and customer service/ staff. I went late afternoon, 5:30, and it wasn’t too busy. I asked for help twice regarding finding items and the staff were friendly and helpful, with a pleasant attitude. There were only two lines with cashiers and the line moved quickly. Overall, I had a positive experience.

  Pretty well stocked store , On the day I went anyway , actually had cashiers in place and employees on the floor to assist me…… Still the Walmart rule on produce though … don’t buy it I’d you aren’t going to use it right away. Good experience overall, I was pleasantly surprised

  Automotive department is extremely rude. The rest of their staff is rude. In the back there was three or four employees doing absolutely nothing by the bathrooms. Then the bath rooms are filthy. I was hesitant to change my children in there but I had no choice. It’s not like they care.

  I’m from Singapore and this place blew my mind with the variations of the same products to the selections from food to clothes to car accessories; all in one stop. The bulk of things you can buy made them more economical. A good place to buy things I will not find in Singapore. I also bought pet supplies here.

  Literally a trash company. They refuse to open lanes because it takes one person to run the self check out then don’t fix the self check out. For weeks half of them have been down.

  The poor employees don’t know what is going on half the time and you can clearly see how they sacrifice customer experience and employee wellbeing for profits. They invest in security doors and anti theft measures, but the reality is that they’d probably make more money if they just took care of their customers.

  That’s not to mention that they’re constantly out of certain things that other stores are fully stocked in.

  This place has gotten worse over time. As I write this review I have been sitting here for over an hour waiting for my pick up order to come outside. The same order that was communicated that it was ready to be picked up. This place is ghetto, and should really be shut down or all new employees, and management. Just wanted to add how the lines are backed all the way up, 2 cashiers are working and this lady has another employee ring her up while lines are all the way back to electronics

  9/5/22-They don’t have enough people working registers in the evening. This was a Monday (labor day) night and they couldn’t handle the customers they had. Self check out was way down into the frozen food and the normal lanes were at points well into the clothes. Also several of the self check out lanes were closed so people couldn’t even use them. It looked like a black Friday. They need better coverage at this store.

  It seems people from all corners of the world come here – and that translates to a nice variety in selection compared to other locations in the Springs. Particularly good in my opinion here is: large and inclusive offering in beauty products, generous tools/tool storage/hardware/sport/outdoor section, large and interesting art and craft selection, lots of extra stock in the frozen/shelf stable food areas, and nice wide aisles to browse in. I’d say that this store ranks up there with some of the best Target stores in the area. Minus one star because it is very dense with other shoppers on the regular – which translates to keeping your eyes and wits about you every time you take a step, so you avoid collisions with other carts, people, children, etc.

  Pick your shopping days. They will run out and have empty shelfs on the weekends. No shopping carts during the day. So don’t forget to grab one on your way in..
  And throw your trash away for God sake it’s always everywhere…

  Very organized store..employees work day and night to keep it clean and organized. People around these parts are extremely rude and classless and I commend these employees having to deal with the constant snot nose attitude of these adults. These customers act worse than children. I’ve only come in contact with nice employees at this location. All these complaints about long lines and long waits to check out, would you like to clock in and help? They are short staffed and whoever they have available to help, helps. If they don’t have someone out it’s because they obviously don’t have the people. Common sense and common courtesy. They don’t understand that managers cannot be on a register because they have to run and take care of the entire floor, which they cannot do if they’re tied down to a register. DO BETTER PEOPLE OF COLORADO SPRINGS. Try not to be so brain dead and entitled.

  I have shopped inside, done pickup orders, and delivered. Inside they are very understaffed. Only one register open at a time at most. I’ve learned quite quickly not to make any large shopping trips inside. Otherwise you will often wait a long time in checkout. Pickup always went well, very fast. It seemed all of the employees were working pickup instead of at registers. It was difficult to pull out of the pickup area. I have also done delivery. All of my items were delivered separately each time and made things very confusing because I have to let them in a security door. Overall I have had good experiences, but the home goods I get from them often disappoint. Partially broken items, or labels in really dumb places. Their produce is usually pretty good.
