  1. Extremely slow!
    Bathroom didn’t have paper towels or soap.
    The girl who prepared the meals kept touching her headphone with gloves on and right away touched the sandwiches.
    Come on people! be sanitary, at least because of Covid!

  3. Placed a mobile order for two iced vanilla lattes and arrived a few minutes later. I went inside to pick it up and they left me waiting 15 minutes while they served people who had ordered long after I did. Many of the employees looked at me multiple times, but didn’t make an attempt to interact. Once I finally got the drinks, one was not stirred properly and the other didn’t have the vanilla flavouring.

    I work in customer service so I understand being busy, but at least acknowledge someone standing at the counter and see if they need assistance.

  5. Stopped by for a breakfast. I ordered online and, as it was -30c, I drove through with the intention of giving my app order number and get my order. I was so surprised that the lady in the speaker said that I have to park and enter physically to get my order at the counter. I asked if she can just grab the order and pass it on to the guy at the window and she said they can’t do it! What a silly procedure that Tim Horton’s came up with.
    When I entered I saw that the counter was not ne foot away from the window where order are served for drivers.
    I’m not blaming the young workers at Tim Hortons, but a strange procedure that lacks common sense.

    BTW, the sanitizer was empty.

    Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. We were treated rudely for no reason, then waited 15 minutes to get our order, and once we got back to the car, realized it was the wrong order even though we specifically checked (and the woman sighed at us for it). And the food ended up being cold.

    Very rarelly do I purchase donuts late at night because they usually are a lot less fresh. But suprisingly enough, that has changed. No matter the time of the day when I go there, they are fresh.

    I know its only circumstantial evidence. But i got very sick after eating at that specific establishment. No other food but home cooking was consumed that day and no one else from my household was sick that day.

    This place need to see Tims head office manager how they are making wrong orders for customers who ordered in english. They dont have anyone who can speeking english. They are only speek and understand francais and people who cant speek francais dont waste a time to speek. You need to show them what do you need and also people working at here they said we are in Qubeca and we dont need to learn english and they told me you should learn francais next time you came here. I just wanna say to Tims owner or manager. If anyone wann came from USA to Qubeca for visiting do they need to learn francais 1st or Tims hiring a people who can speek both language?. Waiting for the answer?
