  1. This location!! Wow. Ordered apple fritter with the coffee, it was the freshest doughnut I’ve ever had from Tim’s, or anywhere for that matter. It was fantastic. I think they changed their recipe, for the better I might add.

  2. I ordered an iced coffee made with milk and it was made with cream. When I questioned it I was told it was made with milk. There is a clear color difference between these when made with cream vs milk. I asked to have it remade and they refused. This is an issue I have with every Tim Hortons in regards to iced coffee. Either they make it with milk, but leave the sugar out or they make it with cream and argue that it’s correct. If I could give Tim’s (in general) a zero star rating I would.

  3. Worst Tim Hortons. Today I ordered, decaf coffee with 1 cream and it was cold after standing online more than 10 minutes . I notified the server who gladly gave me another one but it was no better, same cold for my liking .This happens every time, I come here. Not sure if it’s the 1 cream that causes this or what but next time I’ll try it black and see the difference. Service is very slow if you go in, instead of drive through. The place is dirty and noisy when students are around.

  4. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese breakfast croissant sandwich. Received a half moon snack croissant with no sausage. The screen said sausage before I drove up to the window. Not sure why it is so difficult to get a simple order right. Very frustrating especially with the high prices these days. Please let me know who to contact to have order fixed.

  5. I came in to order there was one staff member serving the front of house and 7 staff serving the drive through. At the time there were no customers at the drive through. I waited for 12 mins to be served. Then people came in behind me and used the self order screens. These people were then given priority over myself. At this time the other staff were huddled around someone’s phone.

    I understand that sometimes things are happening that as the customer I don’t understand but I have no other way to take this other than poor customer service

    My experience was not bad, I was there because I was studying in the morning and I see so many people wait in line and they did a pretty well job I think, I didn’t waited too long in the line. I studied there for about 3 hours I stayed there for about 1-1 an half hour in the morning and later came back in the afternoon. They have free wifi’s and a place to charge my laptop and phone too.

    This was my go to when i would hit the 401. Not any more. The coffee taste burnt the food is always burnt or just throw together. Than they dont use enough condiments to cover up the burnt buns. I should have checked at the window was to far away by the tine i opened them to return them for my money.

    Worst food ever. Asked for double toasted and extra butter and got this. I don’t think it can be toasted on freezing temperature. As i found its very cold. Another thing it making sure that not serving fresh food.

    Asked for 12 doubts assorted and they mistakes it with half a dozen after that this is what I got. They can’t even count to 12 sad. This isn’t the first time I’ve had them mess up my order

    The supervisor working drive thru in the mornings (I believe her name is Tina) is the one of the only reasons that this location doesn’t screw up your order. I have had a few bad experiences at this location when she is not working the window, but not once when she’s there. Whatever you are paying her, it’s not enough!

    The point of having mobile order is so that it’s ready to go as soon as I get there. Every time I submit a mobile order to this location, it’s like nobody knows what to do with it, then they have to confirm it’s for me, then they have to make it. It saves zero time, and renders mobile ordering pointless. I have no issues with any other locations, your staff need more training on the mobile ordering process.

    Had DD along with 2 Blueberry muffins heated and butter in the middle. It seems like the taste factor for the muffins and other pastry selections is wanting, and which i have heard from other patrons. That along with the fact that they over use sugar for the pastry section is a negative in my book. But that is not the stores fault as ot is a corporate decision. Be advised that selection at this store is limited. Store may be an inappropriate term as it is located in the only food court at Fairview Mall. Despite the size thus place is busy and the staff always hustles to get your order done.

    Was warned not to go to this Tims ever. Got an ice cap and 20 pack timbits in this drive thru. Everything seemed fine until I got to my work and realised someone can’t count there. I got shorted 3 timbits… Not 1, not 2 but 3. If you ran out just tell me and charge me accordingly, don’t short me and charge me. Count your timbits people lol! I did try calling this location twice to advise them but no one answers here, I wonder why …

    Honestly I’m sick and tired of this location Every time I order coffee or food they get it wrong . My bagel today looks like it came out a dumpster . Cmon people this is so unprofessional. I will no longer b going to this Tim Hortons . Staff is just terrible .. service is garbage . Hire some people who actually know how to prepare food .. no longer a customer .. I’d rather pay the extra money to go somewhere where people actually take time to prepare the right order and food .. so sad

    Jasleen the supervisor at drivethru can’t hear properly and is always asking what I order and we have been going to this new location for a month now. Gave her feedback and instead of apology she tells me what I did wrong! This morning she told us to use another location. I wish we could but this is the closestvone on our way to work. Highly frustrated and disappointed
