3 years agoNice and friendly staff. They are giving away free mask at the entrance because of their mandatory policy of wearing them inside the store. Prices are normal right now not much on sale. Be back soon when they have sale on items I wanted.2 months agoThe Robson store has great customer service and lots of room to look around. Best pants and best employees Thank youa month agoI ordered a scuba on sale for in-store pick up at Square One location yesterday (Sept.7). Got an automated email in the evening of Sept. 7 indicating it’s ready for pick up. I was happy that the order went through and was picked on the day of. Since it was picked yesterday evening and I live quite a distance from Square one, I thought of driving to the mall after work on Sept. 8. Today is Sept. 8, I had been calling this store since the store opened to give them a heads up that I’m working during the day and will be there prior to their store closure time. Guess what? I called 8 times (5 times in the morning and 3 times in the afternoon) and no one bothered to pick up any of my calls. I called customer care and they said there’s nothing they could do to notify the store cuz they couldn’t reach them by phone either. By 6:40pm today, Square One Lululemon cancelled my order without any explanation while I was driving in the rush hour heading to the mall. In Lululemon’s pickup email, it clearly indicated that my pick up order is ready until store closure on September 8. 6:40pn was 2 hours and 20 mins before their store closure. Understand that Lululemon doesn’t care much about customer service but if your service level continues to deteriorate, more and more loyal customers will switch to Alo. Do better!5 months agoI could list 100’s of stores where this could have been an easy interaction but instead, not one but TWO levels of customer service (In-store and call centre) refused my request. I was left going to Twitter to resolve my issue, and thankfully one of the CS reps there was more than happy to assist through DM.As a company, you spend time and resources building a customer base through community events, YouTube, social media, etc. So what’s the point of all of that if in the end you’re willing to lose that potential customer connection over a return?
The market for similar product is large, and growing daily as people turn to starting their own brands. People have choices, so basic customer service will continue take priority over brand name.

First time in since the remodel and it was an incredible experience! Staff was so friendly and helpful- I did come in around 2pm on a weekday but it was fairly busy in store. Product selection was a 4/5 in some of the more popular styles they had very limited selection in stock. However if you know the colour and size they can help you order it online and ship to home for free or pick up in store. The fitting rooms got a level up, and you can even charge your phone in there. Shout out to Olivia, she was super friendly and helpful!
Jason at Lululemon Robson was incredibly nice and helpful. He greeted me warmly, answered all my questions, and helped me find the perfect item. I left with a big smile, thanks to his excellent service. I’m looking forward to shopping there again!
This is the first time that I put one star for a Lululemon store. I got the worst experience here when I picked up my online purchase. It is absolutely a racism. The staff that who prepared my pickup order put an USED black size M/L Scuba Oversized Full-Zip Hoodie for me. AND, another staff who grabbed this hoodie for me did not mentioned that to me. I am assuming any of the employees there should check the status of the items that sell in this store. BUT they did not. The staff that who GAVE that USED item to me. I want to say THANK YOU to you!! You ruined all your colleagues efforts for this Lululemon store. Save it, save your racism for yourself. You may want to learn something new, learn how to respect people, learn how to work professionally. I do not understand what benefits you could get from this. But one thing for sure, you need to grow up. By the way, thanks for the guy who helped me to get a BRAND new one when I went to there second time in 30 minutes.
I’ve always had good experiences shopping here until yesterday. I have no idea what was going on with that staff at the checkout counter yesterday around 8pm but he was all friendly and smiling with the lady before me and my husband. When it’s our turn, as soon as he saw my face (I’m Asian) he changed his attitude and I was just stunned. It was so obvious and I can never forget his tone when he asked if I have an account with them, it was like I own his money. His attitude literally ruined my Friday night. We love their products but I don’t think we’ll visit this store anytime soon.
