a year agoI live 5 minutes from santana row and a friend invited me to spend the afternoon there. After lunch we walked around and visited some stores. I know the brand for a long time but I had never entered the Lululemon store. What a nice surprise, it’s very good quality woman’s and man sportswear, they have accessories, water bottles, bags. Very attentive staff. I will come back soon.6 months agoWell there free tailor fits the adage “you get what you pay for.” I purchased two pants because they altered the first pair too much. The second pair I confirmed I just wanted a smidgen off, 0.5″ and what do I get back? 1.5″ cut off. The photo is off both my pants. Both 33″ waist, 34″ length. They were very unprofessional and gave me the wrong information that contradicts the receipt. Did not comply with company’s sale policy (printed on receipt) and also said that they will have to bring it up to their manager but did nothing to help me. Zero stars for customer service. Would not recommend going to this store.5 months agoMy lulu in Santana Row is alas Fun fun to shop around, they carry the best merchandise, great qualities and awesome customer services. Alas packed with all different age groups and genders. Love coming here to shop.a year agoNice store in a nice location. The other store across the street is much bigger though.

3 months agoSales girl was extremely rude. I wanted to return an item bought at a different store. She loudly informed me that this is not a real Lululemon store, it’s an “outlet”, and they don’t do returns. Ok, screw you.7 months agoPoor customer service. Sales lady very rude. Didn’t want to give nurse discount even after I showed my badge. Was having a hard time getting verified through sheer ID bc service inside the store is poor (even while using store WIFI which she made me try. My husband tried as well with his phone and it didn’t work). She made me go outside (where she said service was better) and get verified through sheer ID before applying the discount. This is not how you should treat healthcare workers.a year agoGreat customer service, I didn’t even know they sold men’s clothes. I found great dress pants / golf pants that where so damn comfortable and the colors that are unique for style and look. The cut was perfect for my height, but don’t worry did u know they can actually hem your pants to fit you just right?So yeah all in all went in there for the wife and she was happy to grab a few things for herself, but ended up with a 2 pairs of amazing work / golf / dress pants that I’m so happy I purchased.
Forgot the lady that helped us, but she had really cool ink all over her and she was really great.
2 years agoLululemon outlets’ covid policy is a joke. I went to Desert Hills first then found out you can’t go in without a reservation, which takes 7-14 days. Then I came back to the Bay Area and went to the Gilroy one, the store is almost empty and only have 2 customers in there but they won’t let us in. Ask us to book online and come back a couple of more days. You know what… we are not coming back. We will never buy anything from Lululemon again.a year agoGreat prices, but if you wear Women’s size 2, 4, or 6 don’t bother going. Nothing in those sizes. If you wear mens medium, only pink or weird colors available. Was very excited, but left empty handed.

I came into the store today with my friend. Neither of us had purchased something from lululemon before and were new to the store. We were greeted by a friendly face, i believe her name is veronica! She was SO sweet and helped us find what we wanted. Me and my friend were indecisive and she helped us make decisions. She was so sweet! 😁
I had a terrific customer service experience at this location today. I had what turned into a strangely complicated return. I wish I had the name of the woman who helped me. She was FANTASTIC! She was patient, and figured out everything that needed to happen for my return to be completed. Excellent customer service today! 10/10
I am an avid fan of lululemon and their online customer service is incredible. Can’t say the same about my experience at fashionplace. For a company that makes millions of dollars a year, I shouldn’t be hassled on WHY I’m returning items. I spent $400, with $100 of it being from a lulu gift card. I went to fashionplace to return one item (~$58) worth and after giving me a hard time for returning it in the first place (it was in perfect condition with tags and a receipt) they said they would have to just give me store credit. They were rude and short with me and wouldn’t explain why that was the case or why they couldn’t even split it a percentage of gift card and money back (which I would have been understanding about). So, I changed my mind, processed the return online and, what do you know, online customer service refunded 100% of the returned items to my credit card. Please retrain your employees on working with the customers who need returns.
This is an awesome Lululemon location with a great selection. It was pretty busy when we went. The workers were friendly and helpful. There were some awesome clothing items in stock and I used their changing room and it was great. Pretty sweet overall.
