a month agoI popped in to check if they had a bag in stock that I wanted. Great service and Asia helped me locate the bag online and then order it for me to have delivered to the store. She was great!! very informative and friendly. She anlso introduced me to the new super soft tee range which I like a lot. Will be back soon to pick up my item thank you!a week agoDiscriminatory, cold staff (particularly apparent in this blonde haired female worker) despite limited number of customers in the store. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent shopping experience at your Lululemon store in Covent Garden , specifically concerning the customer service I received while attempting to purchase a Scuba hoodie.
Today, I visited your store with the intention of purchasing a Scuba hoodie. As a loyal customer of Lululemon for several years, I have always been impressed by the quality of your products and the level of customer service provided. However, my recent experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon entering the store, I was excited to browse through your collection and make a purchase. However, I was disappointed when I noticed that one of the store employees seemed more interested in chatting with a colleague than assisting customers. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, this particular staff member appeared to be engrossed in their conversation and showed no interest in helping me or other customers.
I found it disheartening that while I, along with a few other customers, waited for assistance, this staff member continued to ignore us and prioritize their personal conversation. This not only made me feel undervalued as a customer but also tarnished my perception of the excellent customer service that Lululemon is known for.
As a result of this experience, I left the store and making a purchase, which is quite unusual for me. I believe that exceptional customer service is a cornerstone of any successful business, and unfortunately, this particular encounter did not meet the high standards I associate with Lululemon.
I sincerely hope that this incident was an isolated one and not reflective of the overall service culture at your store. I am writing this letter with the hope that you will address this issue promptly and take necessary steps to ensure that all customers receive the attention and assistance they deserve.
I value my relationship with Lululemon and would like to continue supporting your brand. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions you intend to take to rectify this situation.

2 months agoFirst time purchasing Lululemon, I went to the Covent Garden store and everyone was so lovely and helpful, from the security person at the door (I’m so sorry again I mistook your accent!) to the rest of the shop staff. Thank you Lucy and everybody else at the store, I’ll definitely be returning and increase my Lululemon collection!Note: prices are not cheap but the quality feels amazing, also sizing is generous which is awesome for plus size women – I left feeling happy and confident in my body despite its curves!

The designs are quite awful these days, especially for men and they never have enough sizes. Really mixed experience here. The changing room staff were really lovely, very welcoming and encouraged me to take my time. But the tills were busy, and stressy and the apparent ‘manager’ (young guy with a dark brown step haircut) was avoiding eye contact with anyone and everyone who wanted to speak to him. Yet to test quality of the products!
I really liked that they had realistic mannequins!! It was so nice to see realistic body types in sports wear. It is a really busy store just to warn people and gets really chaotic.
Encountered a shop assistant with an attitude problem, light brown hair slightly older male. He offered to help by checking stock in the back however he dealt with my issue rudely, coldly and I felt micro aggressions towards me. Didn’t feel comfortable receiving help from this store assistant.
Loving my new belt bag! It has become my new favorite!! I have used it during a recent trip and it has been absolutely fantastic! The best part about this bag is it can carry a good about of stuff in it. I loved carrying it even across my chest as that was also quite convenient! Sometimes these get a bit difficult to move around with but this one was quite comfortable.
I got the green one not the black one and to be honest it goes with a lot of stuff too which I was skeptical about.
I went into this store this afternoon (29/9) and was served by someone who should not have a career in customer service, what more at a flagship store on Regent Street. She hardly made eye contact when I asked to try on two pairs of shoes. Instead of saying she would check if she had the size and style I wanted, she said “I don’t think we have it” until I kept pressing and she magically found them in the store room. When I said I’d take the one pair, she left me! I had to stuff the shoes and pack them back into the box myself and bring them to the till. She just disappeared! She was more interested in talking to her security mate and I noticed that about most of the staff in that store. Chatting about their weekend football plans etc, I guess no one really cares about their jobs anymore these days. I spoke to the manager who said she would address the issue but I will take this to social media as well as HQ as this brand is so amazing but the staff at this store are less so. They say you always remember how someone made you feel, and sadly, I will remember this for a long while.
