4 months agoI just start my yoga journey, and ask for outfit suggestions! The girl there was amazing and I’m happy with all the clothes I bought!2 months agoI like Lululemon as a brand and have been to many stores over the years. I have always found their staff to be friendly, helpful and welcoming. However at this particular store that is not the case. The staff ignore you, look down on you, and seem to be more interested in talking to each other than helping their customers. There is also very limited stock. Sadly I have had this experience on multiple occasions at this store and should have learnt my lesson not to return. If you are looking to go to Lululemon in Berlin, I would suggest the store in Kudamm instead. The staff are friendly and helpful there, and they have a better range of stock.5 months agoI bought a bra for my teenage girl. Same model and size as she already has i a different color. Unfortunately it doesn‘t fit, although same size and model. I removed the tags, as it was an Easter gift. I am aware that I shouldn‘t have, but as said, I was convinced the bra would fit, as we have it in a different color. Well, it does not fit and the store manager is not willing to exchange it to a bigger size. This is very customer unfriendly, as it has definitely been a production mistake. For a big global brand I believe you should be way more cooperative to keep being a love brand. I have spent a lot of money in this shop for the last years. Unfortunately I will now have to invest into their competition.5 months agoGreat brand, absolutely arrogant manager of the store. Employees who allow themselves this kind of comments about customers really spoil the image of your brand. First time in my life I felt so offended buying myself a new sport uniform7 months agoCouldn’t find the Medalia link, but the Canadian KL who served us was excellent. She was kind and supportive, plus I found her insight to be the exact push I needed to purchase ABC Joggers. Please give her a raise!!

I felt like I had to wait for a while and it wasn’t busy.a month agoOne of the worst after sale service I have ever experienced. Bought a bag which did cost almost 150€ ,after 2 months the bag zip started to get damaged and with time got much bigger and clearly was a manufacture defect. Went there after a year and few months to buy a short and asked the guy behind the counter about the bag and he asked me to bring it and that he’ll find a solution for me. Went there the next day with the bag ,at first the girl told that the bag has only two years of warranty ,I told her still a few months till it’s 2 years. Then she asked me to wait for her colleague and she told me that I had to come within 6 months of the purchase date ,I told her that I’ve just told that the warranty two years and then she said yeah but it’s too late now ,we don’t have the same product any more and she advices me to contact the company online and that they most probably they’ll send me to the shop again ,but I have to tell them that I’ve been in the shop already so like she’s telling me don’t come back to us even if they send you to us again. At the end of the conversation ,and after 5 tries of sending me back home with the broken bag, I was told that the bag zip is not included anyway in the warranty by law.!!!! So annoying that ,when you want to buy the products you’ll be welcomed ,but when you come back for a reclamation they’ll try to find any reason to not reclaim the defected product for you. I see no difference so far from the fast fashion companies regarding service but much bigger price difference.

I personally would recommend this store if you are into sports, the staff is so helpful to get the right product you are looking for, it wasnt available in my size still they ordered it so I can get the same colour. Nice shop, products and also the staff.
Large selection of workout accessories, very good Yoga mat. A lovely workout morning with the lululemon cross Babor skinformance event upstairs. 2 different types of workout hijabs. Expensive workout leggings.

Simply the best brand for fitness and yoga clothing and great, cordial service on site.
Word has spread in Munich, so that some sizes can actually be sold out. But you can order everything directly online from the team, and the products are then sent to your home for free.
The vibe that some of the employees display here (one of them constantly for many years and already in the store on Sendlinger Straße!) is extraordinary.
When one of these people accompanies your purchase, it’s a service experience that you won’t find anywhere else in Munich or in other lululemon stores.
One of the best brands for athleisure esp. women leggings. Today’s experience was terrible. All the tryed-ouf clothes were is a massive heap and the staff simply said, “If you can find your size in the heap, then take it.”. Shocked.
