Highly recommend this store.8 months agoI like that they offer some sale items here at this outlet, although it’s an outlet that’s perpetually crowded. We came here a few times throughout our entire trip, whether weekday or weekend, daytime or evening time.That said, as with anything Lululemon, if you need anything, staff is always very helpful. Suggest you try first before you know what you like and don’t, and after which, just get them online.
Lululemon does have a larger store along George Street, that’s newer as well. You may want to visit that outlet, since they do carry different items across stores.
3 months agoBig shout out to Hannah! I went on a Saturday, the store was crowded and was tricky to find an available staff. I’m glad I managed to get Hannah to help me out with what I was looking for. She ran me through some options, had great knowledge of items in the store and was nice enough to run to the back room to check for sizes. I’m very happy with my purchase. Thank you so much Hannah for a great customer experience!2 months agoI love their service and products. I accidentally took off the label of one top and had some make up left on it. I asked if I could exchange for another product and they were kind enough to process the exchange. I’m super grateful for their patience and customer service!3 months agoWas doing some exchange due to incorrectly purchased item. The staff was very helpful, got the new item very quickly, and process the exchange and refund very quickly with no hassle. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes. Very good.

a month agoHi Lulu Team,Yesterday I walked into the emporium store with a specific task in mind, looking for a high impact, sports bra. Alex (male here, as I saw there is a female Alex too) saw me from the distance, looking confused, and immediately greeted me and asked if I needed help.
Alex went above and beyond with his customer service and he’s attentiveness to listening to exactly what I was after.
He was more than willing to listen to feedback on the products he was offering me and go to the next step to try and find the better solution. He brought me size alternatives and fabric alternatives in his aid.
Though today I had no luck in purchasing, Alex’s customer service was one that I haven’t heard for a very long time… And if I was still managing, I would’ve hired him in a heartbeat. He is to be commended on all of his extended help towards me and offering me every possible solution he could.
Thank you Alex for listening to me and taking the time to genuinely help me, I’m incredibly appreciative and you deserve to be commended by your peers! Keep up the amazing work. Thank you for helping me and I hope I helped you also too with my feedback. I will be back for your help again.

3 months agoI had an exceptional experience at the Lululemon CT store today. I would like to extend my gratitude to two remarkable employees, Aloysius and Pu.Aloysius, who I have frequently interacted with during my previous visits, consistently offers attentive and friendly assistance. His professionalism and patience never fail to impress, and his ability to remember customers even after a considerable period is truly commendable. He stands out with his commitment to ensuring a seamless shopping experience every time.
I also met Pu again today, having initially encountered him at another store. He efficiently handled an operational issue caused by a different store’s staff, demonstrating responsibility and proficiency in resolving the situation to my utmost satisfaction.
Both Aloysius and Pu reflect the high standards of service Lululemon is recognized for. I look forward to my next shopping visit and hope to meet these two dedicated individuals again.
a month agoRude customer service from a specific staff working in front of the legging section this afternoon. My friend and I were just looking around and trying to feel the fabric and checking out the store. This lady were chatting away with another staff or a customer. She turned her head and asked us “Would you like any help with finding a size?” To which my friend and I both said “No, thanks.” since we were just checking out the overall products and the fabrics. At this point, my friend had a pair of legging in her hands as she was feeling the fabric and, potentially, would like to try on later. This female staff looked at it after our replies and said “I will hold on to that until if you would like any help with the sizing.” It was a rude and passive aggressive sentence. My friend and I felt super awkward and mistreated by this specific staff, and left the store immediately. It was uncomfortable the way she inserted this passive aggressive attitude towards our shopping experience. The other staffs were very polite, welcoming and helpful, introducing and guiding us through the store; however, this specific staff turned our shopping experience sour in a split second.5 months agoI mean it is a normal Lululemon store. You need to queue to get in at times. I think I tried to go in at 6pm. and I queued for 20 minutes. They sell the trendy TikTok hoodie thingy, which I got for my girlfriend. I dont know why I am reviewing a Lululemon store tbh.2 months agoI was instantly greeted by a lovely girl who I found out was called Alex. She was incredibly helpful and made my experience great. I had my son with me and there was another staff member with pink hair who spoke to him. It’s nice when people acknowledge children ! Thank you! I’ll be back!

Came here one day looking for stretching bands or equipment. The staff member who greeted me was extremely friendly and keen to help. It turns out that she was new and didn’t know whether they had what I was looking for. But she did go out of her way to ask her colleague. Her service was great 😊
We thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience here at Lululemon George Street. It’s probably one of the largest outlet around Sydney city with 2 storeys, thereby carrying more items comparatively. It’s also next to the metro and light rail station, making it especially convenient if you’re hanging around here and need some atheleisure outfits. We actually came back a couple of times during our holiday, as the other outlets didn’t have what we wanted.
P.s. they restock every week, so there’s always an SKU reshuffle and something new coming in.
I have been a loyal customer of Lululemon for years, and until recently, I always regarded their sportswear as top-notch. However, my recent experience with their online-only return policy has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. It’s inconceivable that a brand charging top dollar for their products would implement such an inconvenient and customer-unfriendly policy.
First and foremost, Lululemon’s decision to restrict returns exclusively to online purchases is mind-boggling. As someone who prefers to try on clothes before making a purchase, I have always appreciated the option to return items directly to a physical store. However, Lululemon’s insistence on steering customers toward online returns feels like a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. This approach not only adds unnecessary steps to the return process but also makes it more cumbersome and time-consuming.
The online return process itself is far from seamless. After spending a considerable amount of time trying on the items I ordered online, I discovered that the fit and quality didn’t meet my expectations. Naturally, I wanted to return them promptly and without any hassle. However, instead of being able to walk into a nearby Lululemon store, I was forced to navigate their convoluted online return system. It involved printing out a return label, packaging the items, and arranging for a courier service to pick them up. This entire ordeal was not only an inconvenience but also an unnecessary waste of my time and resources.
Furthermore, the lack of in-store returns undermines the trust and confidence that customers place in a premium brand like Lululemon. When paying top dollar for sportswear, one expects a hassle-free shopping experience and the peace of mind that comes with being able to return items conveniently. By limiting returns to online channels, Lululemon sends a message that they prioritize cost-cutting measures over customer satisfaction. It feels like they are prioritizing their bottom line rather than maintaining their reputation as a brand that values its customers.
It’s worth noting that many other premium brands in the industry provide the option for in-store returns, recognizing the importance of convenience and customer satisfaction. Lululemon’s decision to neglect this fundamental aspect of customer service is disappointing and leaves me questioning their commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
What a terrible service attitude. This morning around 9:30am,when I went to this store to collect my order that I purchased on line. I encountered a staff member who was tilting their head and asking for my name in a hoarse voice. I told them my name, but she kept asking me repeatedly. In the end, I had to show them my text message and order information. They seemed like they were hungover and looked at me in a rude manner. It was really uncomfortable. I felt a strong sense of discrimination. It didn’t seem like they had a working attitude.
Lululemon is my go to for gym wear, it’s a Mecca for every day and fitness folks. When your in doubt of sizing or styles the team are always so willing to help and offer other options if they don’t have your sizes. Thanks so much for being helpful
