What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I was pretty nervous to go to this hotel after seeing the previous reviews. After looking for a hotel for a while we came across this area that was safer for my family. We got into the hotel around 10 o clock at night. The woman at the front seat was very nice and welcoming. We got into the room not knowing what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. The vents were pretty much clean. The sink did not have a big stain. Our specific hotel room did not have a bright green wall. Our lamp worked. All though I would consider this hotel a 3 star hotel because the bed was very uncomfortable and my daughter woke up with back pains, and i feel like this hotel wasn’t the safest place to stay at. If you are looking for a 1 night stay I would make it your choice in what I just said but if you are looking for a longer than 1 night stay I would not recommend to stay here. After the reading a lot of reviews in mix emotion or consideration of this hotel I would have to agree that you get what you play for. Also I would not trust the preview pictures because the hotel was not like the pictures. This is why I would give this hotel a 3 star.

  2. The room was very clean and all lights were on when I entered late in the evening. Ac worked great and had plentiful hot water. Grounds were clean, area felt safe, lots of parking.

Breakfast was bad. They ran out of waffles, the trash was overflowing, the potatoes were old/stale/horrible, and the lobby was miserably warm and humid.

The bed was a bit harder than I prefer, but not horrible. The refrigerator was cold, but the freezer portion of it was broken and had a puddle of water in the tray.

    I’d grade this a C-

  3. 3 of the 5 pillows had stains. Floors you can see the filth and they charge as much as they do for this King Room. I will not be sleeping under the covers because I don’t trust them! This place is in need of a renovation badly!! On saving grace is the girls at the front are cool.

  4. Stayed two separate nights. The first stay the toilet leaked. The second night I have to leave work early because they won’t let the other person on my account check in, which I called ahead a verified it to be okay when I made the reservation. Then when I complain the night clerk is rude. I left to go elsewhere but the charge the full night as a cancellation fee, so I just took the room since I was being charged for it. I walk up to find the the morning clerk reserved 1king instead of 2 queens like I requested. I of course didn’t check before that, just my luck. I wouldn’t stay here again if you payed me. Ridiculous.

  5. I was honored with the title of Guest of the Day and it was great! I was given a goodie bag and a nice room! I only stayed one night but it was incredibly pleasant and the room was nice and clean and looked great! The woman at the front desk was so incredibly nice and so welcoming. This was a really good experience
